About this property

Mother-in-law Suite Close to Autzen/Hayward!

450+ square foot Mother-in-law suite with private access and private full bath. We are located in a beautiful, quiet, Eugene neighborhood 1.5 miles to downtown, Autzen Stadium/Hayward Field/University of Oregon, and less than 1 mile from hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, golf course, and public transportation. Off-street parking in our private driveway.

The space

Two queen-size pillow top beds with season-appropriate linens. Wet bar stocked with microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge/freezer, glassware, plates, and silverware. Dining table for 4, a fullsize couch and 55-inch flat screen TV with Comcast X1 digital cable and Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu streaming TV/movies. Towels, basic toiletries, coffee, and a few snacks are provided. You have access to washing machine and dryer if needed. The back yard, patio, firepit, and hot tub are shared spaces.

I often work from home on weekdays so I am available for questions or recommendations if you wish, however I am generally out of sight. Your door has a unique access code so late arrivals are not an issue. Please ask about early check-in as we can often accommodate.

This was our second time staying in the M-i-l suite, and we were very happy. The hosts were accessible for questions, even while out of town. Although my wife and I were the only ones sleeping here, our family members visited, and there was plenty of room inside and under the covered rear patio. Wonderful stay, and we'll be back!

The hot tub was the perfect temperature. Could have used better lighting outside by the hot tub. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they were in a very convenient place and looked great. The hosts were very nice. The place was very clean, and the yard was very private and beautiful.
