Resting in the heart of the thriving coastal town of Banff, Aberdeenshire is The Beaches, a lovely terrace cottage boasting vast sea views and sought-after off-road parking for two vehicles.

Stepping into the cottage, an open-plan living space invites you in; hosting a sofa, Smart TV, Amazon Echo, Nintendo Switch, a number DVD's, books and board games for the family to enjoy. There is also wireless broadband connection throughout the house. You can look forward to settling in for the evening to relax and unwind with your loved ones.

There is a fully equipped spacious, contemporary, open plan lounge/kitchen. A glass dining table seats 4 with beautiful seaside views. The kitchen hosts all the appliances you need for a wonderful self-catering stay, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the living room there is access to the sea front garden area, with lovely sea views. A short walk to the beach and large play park for the children to enjoy.

Completing the ground floor is a spacious downstairs WC, with a large storage cupboard which contains items to enhance your stay.

The first floor is home to a king-size bedroom with glorious sea views. Plenty of storage for your clothes and a hairdryer has been provided for your use. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own stunning sea views.

Guests will also benefit from a shower room on the first floor.

There are a number of lovely restaurants for you to enjoy locally, which are just a short drive or scenic walk from the house.
