Outside, the property offers a beautiful and private outdoor area with a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue, and plenty of garden space. The shady terrace provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing by the pool. Parking is also available on-site. With 1,700m2 of land surrounding the 120m2 house, the property provides ample space for family activities and relaxation. Please note that this villa is exclusively available for families, with reservations for groups of young people under 35 years of age not allowed.
