The centre of Pescara is easily reached by an electric bus that stops 50 metres from the villa and provides connections every 10 minutes, taking guests to the heart of the city in just a few minutes.



The unit is located on the first floor and consists of two spacious and finely furnished bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, sofa bed and 49-inch SMART TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a renovated en-suite bathroom with fine finishes.
