Spacious and comfortable apartment (70/80 sqm) for 5 people, located on the ground floor facing the gate, ideal for children, consisting of n. 2 bedrooms (mtr. 4 x 4); from a bathroom with shower and washing machine, from a large kitchen / living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, large table, kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven, outdoor table for eating out, outdoor sitting area on the garden.
Very restful setting, close to both the sea and the mountains. The farmhouse of the early twentieth century completely renovated; the hydromassage pool was recently built, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden of roses, jasmine among ancient olive trees.
The interior is carefully furnished in poor art style and ample equipment of all the necessary tools.

Really lovely property and grounds. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.We visited Rome whilst there, which was only a couple of hours drive away. There are lots of lovely little towns near the villa, and a drive to the nearby mountains is definitely worth a trip. Take advantage of the comprehensive list of things to do, and where to eat, that is in the apartment… especially the where to eat! There are some great little restaurants locally.Thank you Giacinta for making our holiday so lovely.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sehr grosse geräumige Wohnung mit Terasse, Longemöbeln und zusätzlich einem schattigen Platz mit Tisch u Stühlen unter einem Olivenbaum. Alles sehr gepflegt u sauber. Der SalzwasserPool ( ohne Chlor)wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Zu jeder der 4 Wohnungen gehören Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Ruhige Lage umgeben von einem parkähnlichen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter die in der Nähe wohnen u gut tel. Erreichbar sind. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielleicht sollte in der Anzeige nicht "altes Häuschen" stehen. Das ist irreführend. Besser: "wunderschönes Landhaus"

Wunderschönes Haus mit herzlicher Gastgeberin

Etwas abseits gelegen, daher recht ruhig. Bezauberndes, pittoreskes Gelände mit alten Olivenbäumen und wunderschön bepflanzten Beeten. Sauberer Pool (Salzwasser, aber auch für unsere eher mäkeligen Kinder geeignet) mit Sonnenschirm und Liegen jeweils pro Wohnung. Die Wohnungen sind ausreichend getrennt, man kann für sich bleiben oder auch nicht – je nach Wunsch. Fahrräder und Tischtennisplatte sorgen für Beschäftigung der Kinder, falls man selbst mal am Pool liegen will. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit und auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge etc. stets zur Stelle. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Giacintas Anwesen ist wundervoll für eine ruhige Auszeit. Bzgl. der Umgebung empfehle ich, sich gut zu erkundigen. Die alten Stadtkerne sind in ihrer Mittelalteranmutung schön, aber sehr verlassen. Die Strände, die wir gesehen haben, sehr vom Hochtourismus geprägt. Muss man mögen. Landschaftlich von schön bis, naja, nicht so schön. Fazit - wer sich im Anwesen entspannen möchte, findet hier das Richtige. Unternehmungen sollten vorher gut geplant sein.

Perfekt zum Entspannen!

Wir waren 8Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sämtliche Ausstattung intakt. Die Räume haben wir auch super sauber vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Insgesamt gibt es nur 4 Appartements. Somit war es auch am Salzwasserpool entspannt und ruhiger. Auf ein Auto ist man zwingend angewiesen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es nichts zum Einkaufen. Bus oder Zug gibt es auch nicht in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto ist man aber innerhalb von 15min in Chieti, wo es auch ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum gibt. Pescara ist auch nur ca. 25Minuten entfernt. Den Besuch der Tropfsteinhöhlen (ca. 1,5h Fahrtzeit) können wir sehr empfehlen. Ebenso eine Wanderung durch einen der Nationalparks.

Wundervolles Anwesen mit tollem Pool

Wir haben in Giacinta s Haus zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Das Appartement lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Toll und familiengerecht auch der Salzwasserpool. Der Garten mit altem Olivenhain ist ein Traum, und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben uns die Anlage mit 2 anderen Familien geteilt. Jeder hatte seine Ruhe und schöne Aussensitzplätze. Pescara ist ca eine halbe Autostunde entfernt, schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Einkaufen in Pianella oder Cepagatti gut. Kurzum Casale Giacinta ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allein die Mücken haben uns abends zugesetzt. Danke nochmals an Giacinta, wir kommen gerne wieder

Era tutto come descritto, la casa è ben curata sia dentro che fuori nulla è lasciato al caso. La sig.ra Giacinta è molte gentile, ci ha lasciato un vademecum delle attrazione dei posti da visitare, ristoranti dove mangiare ecc. tutto molto preciso e ben dettagliato. Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in traumhafter Lage

Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr sauber. Man kann von Pianella gut das Meer und auch die Berge erreichen. Perfekt für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Brilliant holiday (again) in Abruzzo

This is our third stay at this delightful villa in Abruzzo. The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile. La casa é pulita ed accogliente. La piscina ci ha accolto dopo le nostre gite quotidiane ed abbiamo avuto modo di ristorarci e passare momenti piacevoli al nostro rientro. Lì troverete tutto quello che vi serve per un fantastico soggiorno ..La proprietaria é affabile ed attenta agli ospiti. Il libro con le istruzioni ed i consigli ci ha fornito gli spunti per fantastiche gite e per pantagrueliche cene ad u prezzo contenuto ed alla portata di tutti. Le porzioni saziaerebbero senza dubbio Gargantua e Pantagruel! É stato tutto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. LAbruzzo é un posto fantastico: natura, storia, cultura e cibo sopraffino. La location é speciale e comoda per raggiungere i borghi ed i paesi tipici e le località di mare. Non potevamo trovare di meglio! La raccomandiamo a tutti gli amanti della tranquillità e della natura. Un grazie particolare alla signora Giacinta, persona affabile e prodiga di consigli. Direi che é lo specchio di questa fantastica terra: la cortesia é il tratto comune di queste genti. Il sorriso, il saluto e la gentilezza delle persone ci ha accompagnato per tutta la nostra vacanza. Contesto stupendo

Casale Giacinta è una bellissima villa situata nelle prime colline pescaresi in un contesto ideale: immersa nel verde degli ulivi e di un giardino lussureggiante e curato, lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. La villa è stata ristrutturata con gusto e con cura nei materiali e nell'arredo. L'appartamento è pulito, spazioso e funzionale. La cucina ha tutto ciò che serve. La piscina, lo spazio barbecue e le bici a disposizione completano i servizi. Tutto l'insieme esprime il buon gusto e la cura dei dettagli dei proprietari, gentili e disponibili. La vacanza a Casale Giacinta merita per la bellezza e tranquillità del luogo e delle colline circostanti, con alcuni borghi medioevali pieni di fascino tutti da scoprire. Il mare è raggiungibile in mezz'ora di auto, ma la piscina non lo fa rimpiangere. Sicuramente il nostro miglior soggiorno in Abruzzo.

Posto incantevole

Abbiamo abitato questo splendido casale dal 28/06/15 al 09/07/15, passando una bellissima vacanza. E' un casale situato nella campagna Abruzzese, a pochi km da Pescara, posizione comoda per raggiungere la costa, ma anche per visitare altri bellissimi posti, come la Maiella e il Gran Sasso. E' composto di 4 appartamenti, ciascuno con ingresso indipendente, 2 al piano terra e 2 al piano superiore, dotati di tutti i comfort necessari (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno), un' ampia corte, porticato, barbecue, biciclette e una splendida piscina adatta anche per i bambini, essendo profonda 1,30 mt. Nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi, gli altri 3 appartamenti non erano affittati, quindi abbiamo potuto godere in pieno del comfort, del relax e del silenzio di questo meraviglioso posto. Sia la casa, che la parte esterna, sono tenuti con estrema cura dai proprietari Giacinta e Francesco, in particolare quest'ultimo si è occupato di tenere pulita la piscina, venendo tutti i giorni, con discrezione, senza disturbare e riportarla in condizioni ottimali. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti. Io, mia moglie e i miei 2 figli porteremo con noi un meraviglioso ricordo di questa vacanza.

"La casa (stupenda, meglio che in foto) è situata in una posizione che consente di fare vacanze al mare e di godere della montagna. Possiede tutte le comodità e soprattutto il riposo vista la sua posizione. La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile e allo stesso tempo riservata. E'' ideale anche per più famiglie essendo dotata di 4 appartamenti. L''Abruzzo è una regione meravigliosa!"
