Relaxing and comfortable apartment, in an old farmhouse, with entrance on the ground floor, FRONT SWIMMING POOL, with a usable private veranda, ideal for families with children. Close to both the sea and the mountains, it consists of a large bedroom with double bed + single bed (6 x 4 meters), bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large living room / kitchen with sofa.
Very relaxing context: old farmhouse of the early twentieth century completely renovated; swimming pool, recently built, large rose garden, jasmine nestled among ancient olive trees.

It was a pleasure to stay at Casale Giacinta! The appartment 3 is well equiped. We travelled with two dogs and a child, so it was great to have the appartment opposite to the wonderful pool. The house is laying bettween olive groves, so there is enough space for dogwalkings. You can see touristic sites an pretty quite country sites, there are mountains and the sea in the near. Giacinta herself is couteous, sympathic and helpful in every way. We had a lot of recreation and surely will come back. Thank you Giacinta!

Großartig

Nach ein paar spannenden aber anstrengenden Tagen in Rom hatten wir einen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Pianella. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen und toller Pool. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Fahrräder in diversen Größen, Tischtennisplatte, Grill… Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Maria Giacinta war eine tolle Gastgeberin und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell unterstützt. Die Umgebung war für jegliche Art von Ausflügen perfekt und mit vielen leckeren Restaurants in naher Umgebung bestückt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, diesen Urlaub irgendwann zu wiederholen. Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit.

We found a perfect place with wonderful hosts to spend 10 days in Abruzzo. The apartment is very clean and nice, located in a beautiful renovated house on the countryside. Fantastic stay

Casale Giacinta is a fabulous property nestled among the olive groves. It’s a great location to explore Abruzzo from and only half an hour’s drive from some fantastic beaches. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and the pool was fabulous. Signora Giacinta was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We spent 12 great days in Casale Giacinta. It was our second visit after the first one in 2016. Perfect stay. One feels like at home with a warm welcome and great support of Signora Giacinta and her husband. I strongly recommend this wonderful house with lovely owners.

Lovely place for a family holiday to enjoy Italian mountains and seaside.

Very beautiful house in a perfectly maintained complex. We loved the pool and the bbq area, the appartment provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the sitting area in front of the appartment very much, too. It just was a little bit a shame that we couldn't use the pool later than 8 in the evening. And the Wifi signal was poor from time to time.

Fantastische plek!

Wij verbleven een week in Casale Giacinta en het was echt top. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n schoon appartement gezien en de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk. Het appartement had werkelijk alles, van strijkbout en -plank tot vaatwasser, wasrek en wasmachine. Heel uitgebreid en goed! Het zwembad met het zoute water was heel fijn, geen rode ogen door chloorwater. Er zitten enorm veel leuke restaurants en plaatsjes in de buurt. Heerlijk om met tieners te verblijven!

Oase im Hinterland der Abruzzen

Das Objekt ist eine vor einigen Jahren komplett restaurierte Villa/Landhaus in hervorragendem Zustand. Alles ist tiptop und sehr wohnlich/traditionell eingerichtet, so zumindest unser Appartment Nr. 3 (von 4). Das Grundstück ist liebevoll gestaltet mit Kieswegen, Palmen, Rasenflächen sowie Kräutergärten und man merkt, dass es dem netten Besitzerehepaar am Herzen liegt. Es ist wirklich nahezu perfekt ausgestattet und auch auch der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen! Danke für die schöne Zeit…

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Wir haben 6 herrliche Tage hier verbracht. Alles war super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und total ruhig. Der Pool ist toll und die Lage ideal, um die Abruzzen zu entdecken. Leider sprechen die Vermieter kaum englisch und die Betten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Trotzdem kann man die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Il casale è suddiviso in 4 unità abitative con ingressi indipendenti per creare un po' di privacy. Un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante, 🌺 immerso nel verde, molto curato in ogni suo piccolo dettaglio. I proprietari sono cordiali e attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti, si dedicano con passione e impegno affinché tutto funzioni al meglio. Gli ambienti in comune (zona barbecue👨‍🍳 e piscina🏊‍♂️) sono funzionali e dotati di ogni confort. Unico neo (🤗ma è un dettaglio veramente soggettivo e piccolo) è il segnale wifi che all'interno dell'appartamento è praticamente inesistente... consiglio di portarsi dietro un ottimo libro in alternativa 😉. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Giacinta ed il marito per la loro ospitalità e discrezione.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ruhig, abseits von größeren Straßen. Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dem Haus. Es gibt viele interessante Ziele in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung.
