This cozy vacation apartment is located in Hochfügen at an altitude of 1,600 meters, nestled in the heart of the Zillertal Alps and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The absolute highlight in winter: ski-in/ski-out access. The ski slope is right outside the door, so you can step out on your skis and start enjoying the slopes immediately.

The apartment is furnished in a rustic and traditional Tyrolean style. Plenty of wood and thoughtful details create a warm, inviting atmosphere with genuine alpine chalet charm.

Skiers have access to a dedicated ski room where they can conveniently store their skis and winter equipment.

After an active day, a barrel sauna (shared use) invites you to relax while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

In summer, Hochfügen is also a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. An ideal retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts – a place to unwind, breathe deeply, and simply enjoy the scenery.

Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network Type A and Type B share a barrel sauna in the garden. Non smoking accommodation.

We hebben echt een super vakantie gehad! We waren met twee volwassenen en onze hond. Het huis was leuk typisch Oostenrijks, we miste niks tijdens ons verblijf. Het ligt wel meer in de bergen, super mooi en rustig, maar wel altijd stukje rijden als je naar andere plaatsen in de omgeving wilt. Bij de buren werd het huis wel verbouwd waardoor er soms wat meer lawaai was, maar zonder te vragen hoefde we daarom geen gas te betalen. Heel netjes!! Wij willen zeker nog een keer terug komen.
