Vacation apartment for 8 people in scenic surroundings – bring your horse! Do you dream of a vacation in peaceful, rural surroundings close to Sæby and Lyngså? Here you have the opportunity to stay in a spacious and bright 130 m² vacation apartment, surrounded by beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 8 people. The 4 spacious rooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and offer beautiful views of the scenic area. The open-plan living area creates a cozy atmosphere, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom offers ample closet space and a washing machine, so you can easily keep your vacation clothes fresh. Experience nature up close The farm is surrounded by 14 hectares of land, including a beautiful old beech forest with small paths, perfect for a relaxing walk. Here you can experience a rich wildlife with roe deer, fallow deer, foxes, badgers, and a variety of bird species. As something quite special, you can observe breeding owls as well as the falcon, which returns year after year from the apartment with the owner. On the farm itself, you will also encounter a wealth of animals, including horses, dogs, cats, and beautiful parrots. If you or your children want to help feed the animals or go for a ride on the farm's horses, this can be arranged with the owner. Bring your horse on vacation As an extra option, you can bring your own horse, which can be accommodated in a separate paddock. This must be arranged separately with the owner. Please note that riding is only possible on your own horse. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in idyllic surroundings, where relaxation, nature experiences, and wildlife go hand in hand.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
