Boa localização e excelente apartamento, mas há que melhorar muito na humanidade que existe no quarto e casa de banho ao pé da sala, o quarto tinha moscas de humidade e formigas ao pé da janela, o exaustor não funciona e pra cozinhar somente de portas abertas mesmo
