Confalonieri - Trendy Studio in the heart of Isola Garibaldi area
Modern studio for 2 people, in the Isola - Garibaldi area, a few steps from the Bosco Verticale and the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova. This modern 25 sqm suite is located on the third floor (without lift) of an old Milan style building and has all comforts - air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet. The recently renovated flat consists of a single room with an open plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, TV, a sofa, a double bed and a wardrobe, and finally a bathroom with shower cubicle and sanitary facilities. The flat is located in a context that combines tradition and modernity: the building is a typical Milanese ‘ringhiera’ house, but the futuristic Bosco Verticale skyscrapers rise right opposite. Also in front of the palace is the BAM park - Biblioteca degli Alberi (Library of Trees), which, with a pleasant walk, leads to Piazza Gae Aulenti and the Porta Nuova complex. In the opposite direction, on the other hand, is the Isola district, with its old Milan houses, pedestrian streets bustling with bars, restaurants and fashionable clubs, always lively especially in the evenings. The nearest metro stop is Isola (MM5 Lilla), a direct connection to Porta Garibaldi station, which is only one stop away and can also be reached on foot. At 300 metres (5 minutes on foot) is the MM2 Verde Gioia stop and at 600 metres (8 minutes on foot) the Garibaldi MM2 stop and station.
