The apartment is on the ground floor, and has been recently renovated. The entrance is located in a very quiet street, about 200 meters from the lakefront, 600 meters from the Lecco station, and 300 meters from the city's central pedestrian area.
The apartment consists of an entrance with a small well-equipped kitchen with a table for lunch/dinner, a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. All the furniture has been revisited, and the apartment equipped with every accessory typical of holiday homes.
The strong point is definitely the location, which allows you to experience the city center while not being restricted by the restricted traffic area. Near the apartment there are historic restaurants, such as the legendary “Orestino”, or places for breakfasts, brunches and appetizers on the lake!
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
