Arriving after midnight, the room was quiet and ready when I got there. Everything met expectations: fresh linens, a functional kitchen, dependable hot water, plus air conditioning that kept things just right during warm evenings.

The apartment was clean and the instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow. However, there were limited towels, provided for four people, and one package of toiletries. Instructions for the washing machine would’ve been helpful. And there was an overwhelming sewage smell although I expect that just comes with the age of the building and being in Paris and nothing to do with the owners.

We loved the apartment and the location. It was well appointed and tremendously comfortable. We only had one issue, and it was that the drain in the shower in the bedroom with the 1/2 bath couldn't keep up with the water and caused a flood, so we didn't use it during the stay after that. The only other things I would suggest is perhaps a drip coffee maker or a pour-over set up and a dish strainer for drying the dishes when you wash them. Outside of that we fully enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-stocked, nicely located and enjoyable stay in the geographic center of Paris.

Lovely and well located apartment in Paris Furnished very well. Two well appointed bathrooms The third bathroom, was simply a sink and shower. This was not a problem for our group.Ten minute walk to the Louvre, surrounded by lovely cafes for breakfast and dinner.TVs worked very well, and were easy to use. That is important with teenagers.Washer dryer worked well. We used Youtube for instructions, as North Americans are not used to one machine doing the washing and drying. But we figured it out.. Overall, I would highly recommended this place

The renovation and modernization of this apartment is outstanding. Great finish out, great location. The bathroom situation was not what we expected - one bathroom has an en suite full bath, the other bedroom has an en suite half bath with no toilet. It was not the best set up, especially having to climb stone stairs during the night to pee. The Showers have no shelf or ledge to put shampoo or body wash so we had to put it on the floor which was awkward. No pillow cases on pillows in one of the bedrooms and I’m sure somebody else’s head had been on the same pillow I used. Kitchen is nice and big enough for keeping wine, cheese and munchies on hand. Living room is comfortable. 3 TVs but we didn’t turn them on. The Check in procedures left something to be desired. We had no info and codes until right before we arrived which was a bit stressful. The pic of the door that was sent in the entry instructions was the door one floor up.. so we spent quite a while trying a combination that didn’t work. They sent a rep who thought we were stupid for not trying to get in the door another floor up, even though it didn’t match the picture they sent. So check in was not smooth. After we got past those challenges, it went fairly smoothly. The AC works great! It appears to be kept very clean. You should plan on using the same bath towel all week. Overall a nice apt w/ a few quirks.

Spectacular location and beautifully appointed property!!! We had a bit of difficulty checking in as our codes didn’t work and we had a difficult time exiting (pro tip- look for a button to release the exit door!) but truly every part of our stay thereafter was exceptional. The location couldn’t be better and the unit is beautifully appointed. We had a fantastic stay in paris and it was very comfortable and convenient! We would definitely stay here again. So happy we found this wonderful flat!
