The apartment was clean and the instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow. However, there were limited towels, provided for four people, and one package of toiletries. Instructions for the washing machine would’ve been helpful. And there was an overwhelming sewage smell although I expect that just comes with the age of the building and being in Paris and nothing to do with the owners.

We loved the apartment and the location. It was well appointed and tremendously comfortable. We only had one issue, and it was that the drain in the shower in the bedroom with the 1/2 bath couldn't keep up with the water and caused a flood, so we didn't use it during the stay after that. The only other things I would suggest is perhaps a drip coffee maker or a pour-over set up and a dish strainer for drying the dishes when you wash them. Outside of that we fully enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-stocked, nicely located and enjoyable stay in the geographic center of Paris.

Lovely and well located apartment in Paris Furnished very well. Two well appointed bathrooms The third bathroom, was simply a sink and shower. This was not a problem for our group.Ten minute walk to the Louvre, surrounded by lovely cafes for breakfast and dinner.TVs worked very well, and were easy to use. That is important with teenagers.Washer dryer worked well. We used Youtube for instructions, as North Americans are not used to one machine doing the washing and drying. But we figured it out.. Overall, I would highly recommended this place

Spectacular location and beautifully appointed property!!! We had a bit of difficulty checking in as our codes didn’t work and we had a difficult time exiting (pro tip- look for a button to release the exit door!) but truly every part of our stay thereafter was exceptional. The location couldn’t be better and the unit is beautifully appointed. We had a fantastic stay in paris and it was very comfortable and convenient! We would definitely stay here again. So happy we found this wonderful flat!

Es war ein fantastischer Ort, um unsere letzten drei Nächte in Paris zu verbringen! Die Lage war zentral, Restaurants, Lebensmittelmärkte, der Louvre und die Metro waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie zentral, fußgängerfreundlich und sicher wohnen möchten. Das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet, hatte eine tolle Heizung und wunderschöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Es bot viel Platz für mich, meinen Partner und unsere 12-jährige Tochter. Dieses Apartment und seine Lage waren eines der Highlights unserer Reise, und wir würden definitiv wieder dort übernachten!
