We invite you to spend your summer vacation in Nikiti in comfortable apartments in a new complex with 2 swimming pools, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a barbecue area and a playground. The sea is 400 meters away, the central beach and restaurants are 500 meters away. Two-storey apartments with two bedrooms, a full kitchen-living room, shower and toilet, 2 balconies and a washing machine. Each room has air conditioning. Suitable for a family with children or for a company of up to 5 people.
First bedroom: one double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a safe.
Second bedroom: one double bed, one single bed, table and chair, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables.
Full kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, bar table and chairs. In the living room area there is a sofa, TV (NetFlex), TV stand.
2 balconies with tables and chairs for relaxing. One overlooks the courtyard with swimming pools, the second has a side view of the sea.
