18th Year at Seafarer, very disappointing
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I love this room, but unless it gets a new matress and couch, I won't be able to stay in it again. I was there for 9 nights and I had to sleep on the floor for 6 of them because of how soft/wore out the matress was. I actually did the same thing last year, but I decided to give it a 2nd chance. The couch is the same way, worn out and unconfortable, had to bring in one of the Adirondack high chairs off balcony to sit on. Another problem was opening and closing the door, the door closer is worn out and droops stopping the door from opening or closing. I guess an engineer inspected the building and determined that the facility needs the support columns replaced, so the jacking and temporary columns were being added during our stay. I wish I could give a higher rating of my stay, because this was my 18 straight year staying here, but I'm sorry to say I can't. I guess my wife and I will probably have to find a different place to stay in the 's a shame, because I love the location and the people in the office and associated with this facility.
