Between Sea and Mountain, at the foot of the southern Cévennes, a few kilometers from Beziers in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Haut Languedoc, the Village of Dio awaits.
The house has a great view over the medieval castle on 2000 m2 of land.

Nichée au coeur d'un magnifique village, la maison de vacances est spacieuse et pratique. On apprécie la climatisation lors des fortes chaleurs et les extérieurs autour de la piscine sont vraiment très jolis.La region offre de nombreuses distractions dans la nature et des paysages à couper le souffle.Merci à Cathy pour son accueil.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner 1semaine dans la charmante villa, tout était parfait. Nous avons pu nous balader dans les alentours et à la fois profiter de la piscine. Emplacement calme et agréable. A répondu complètement à nos attentes.

week met vrienden weg

toen wij aan kwamen kregen wij een uitleg over het huis. op een eerst gezicht leek alles goed en schoon tot dat wij eten gingen koken merkte we dat alles niet echt netje en schoon was en dat we dingen misten die wel op de advertentie stond er zijn veel dingen verander het wordt ter nieuwe foto gemaakt worden en een verbouwen kan ook niet kwaad als je te lang onder de douche stond kwam het bij de garage naar benende lang de muur dat geeft wel aan dat er weinig tot geen onder houd wordt gedaan

Came for a peaceful break, everything in the house was lovely, sitting out for meals looking over the castle, chilling in the pool, great base for walks or cycling up in the hills, - we’ll equipped home, everything worked well and Cathy the host was great

Beautiful villa in beautiful Dio

The villa is perfect and has everything you need for a fabulous holiday, highly recommended. The only negative I would say is there are lots of stairs and for anyone with mobility issues it would be very difficult to access the main house and pool area

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in de bergen

Prachtige omgeving en fijn huis om te verblijven. Met name de bovenverdieping met drie slaapkamers was fijn voor ons gezin. Beneden hebben we nauwelijks gebruikt, alleen voor logees. Het zwembad is heerlijk! Er gingen wat dingen door slijtage stuk tijdens ons verblijf, maar dit werd snel en goed opgelost. Er was fijn contact met Cathy.

The most relaxing time

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful French countryside. Dio a small village with lovely local bar with extremely friendly hosts. Away from it all but within 30 to 45 mins of some unbelievable locations and many beautiful towns. The large villa with pool is perfect for a large group with the two outside terraces offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The Chateau offers a spell binding backdrop to your stay. Cathy although not speakingvery much English was a good host being flexible and responsive to any questions or issues. The two rooms downstairs access the bathroom through one of bedrooms which is not perfect but easily overcome. It's easy to spend time by the pool it's easy to go on visits. You set your pace it's easy to have a great time.

We had a lovely stay

We stayed in the house first half of July 2018 and the weather was spectacular. It was so sunny that we almost burned our feet around the pool! Shopping nearby in La Tour-sur-Orb and Bedarieux. For us Swedes, it is nice to be able to buy Champagne together with your eggs and orange juice. This is the house for you if you want a peaceful surrounding and time for yourself. If you want pubs and parties within walking distance, look for another house, but this was what we came for.
