Located on the edge of a village on 5000 m² of enclosed land with vineyards and olive trees, beautiful contemporary house of 120 m² built in 2005.
On the ground floor, the living room and the kitchen open onto the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds (2 X 90 cm) and shower room, 2 separate toilets.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with a library TV lounge and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (2 X 90 cm), shower room and separate WC.
Outside: covered terrace, barbecue, summer kitchen, private swimming pool (bromine, 10x5), jacuzzi, garden, garage; all in a small village of 500 inhabitants, with amenities (bar restaurant, grocery store, post office, wine cellar). The whole village is surrounded by scrubland and Mediterranean forest. Altitude from 90m to 480m

A perfect week in Herault

We enjoyed a superb week at this villa, it was well equipped, spotlessly clean with a fantastic swimming pool and garden. The hosts were helpful and welcoming but discreet. The area has plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and it is within easy driving distance to the coast. We will definitely return.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatte als 5 köpfige Familie einen perfekten Urlaub. Das Haus war inklusive Pool einfach nur Perfekt. Es liegt in einem sehr hübschen Dorf mit einem tollen Weingut als Nachbar. Die Gastgeber Francoise und Daniel waren stets sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar! Seine Muscheln waren das beste, was ich im Urlaub gegessen habe. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Sehr gerne wieder!

Formidable semaine de détente en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances au sein de cette propriété en tous points conforme à sa description. Environnement très calme au milieu des vignes et parfaitement sécurisé pour accueillir une famille avec de jeunes enfants. La maison parfaitement équipée et très propre s’ouvre entièrement sur la terrasse et la grande piscine dont nous avons bien profité sous un soleil de plomb. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et attentionnés. Une très bonne adresse pour un bon moment de détente.

Une belle propriété nichée dans le petit village de Cabrières. La maison est très bien équipée pour six personnes et l’espace extérieur avec la piscine parfait pour un séjour inoubliable. Les hôtes sont particulièrement attachés à bien vous recevoir.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable malgré une météo capricieuse. Nous avons découvert une très belle région. La maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances: propriété calme dans un village charmant, maison confortable et très fonctionnelle, nombreux équipements, aménagement soigné, transats au bord de la piscine avec une grande terrasse abritée où nous avons pris tout nos repas, propriétaires très disponibles et d’une grande gentillesse. Hervorragendes Ferienhaus

Uns erwartete ein außergewöhnlich perfekt mit Desinfektionsmitteln gereinigtes u. sehr gut ausgestattetes u. eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön mit alten Weinreben bepflanzt und ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Auch der Pool u. der Jacuzzi sind sehr sauber u. werden jeden Tag gepflegt. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt geschnitten Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich.

Erholsame Ferientage in Cabrière

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter, Daniel und Francoise, waren uns vom ersten Moment an sehr sympatisch. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und waren nur zur Stelle, wenn Sie gebraucht wurden. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten Sie uns sogar ein Überraschungspaket mit regionalen Spezialitäten vorbeteitet. Und im Kühlschrank waren auch schon ein paar gekühlte Getränke und Eiswürfel zu unserer Verfügung. Das fanden wir richtig toll. Und Daniel hat uns zwischendurch zur Vorspeise zu unserem Abendessen selbstgegrillte Muscheln gebracht, die einfach deliziös waren. Und nicht zu vergessen den Wein von der nur wenige Meter entfernten Winzergenossenschaft L'Estabel. Das Haus ist geschickt aufgeteilt und die Einrichtung die sowohl Zimmer, Küche oder Außenbereich betrifft, ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr gut gewählt. Der Pool war in tadellosem Zustand und wurde zwischendurch auch gereinigt.

A lovely villa in Cabrieres

We spent a week at this Villa in Cabrieres. It is comfortable and well equipped and with good weather, which we had, the pool was wonderful. The owners, Francoise and Daniel, could not have been more helpful and were perfect hosts. The village has a small supermarket where you can buy bread and basic foodstuffs and is only 200 m walk. The restaurant in the village is now unfortunately closed but there are many more in the villages closeby. The scenery is lovely and there are many walks from the village. Cabrieres is a great centre for day trips into the surrounding area which is very beautiful. Do not forget to try the wine at co-operative next door!

Séjours très agréable

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa en juillet. La description et les photos sont absolument conformes. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité : propreté,équipement (beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est assez rare) complet, belle piscine,environnement calme et verdoyant à la sortie d’un petit village où tout le monde se connaît. Pour les amateurs de vin, une très bonne coopérative et quelques petits producteurs seront vous combler. Le sympathique propriétaire,lui-même vigneron, vit dans une maison voisine et est aux petits soins pour vous, tout en restant discret pendant votre séjour. Il assure la propreté quotidienne de la piscine aux petites heures du matin et est toujours disponible,vu sa proximité, en cas de souci ou de besoins de conseils. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons sans bémol cette villa pour ceux qui cherchent des vacances au calme dans une très belle région légèrement isolée des hauts lieux touristiques de la côte, mais qui restent néanmoins facilement accessibles en moins d’une heure en voiture.

Superbe séjour dans une superbe maison

Nous avons loué la maison à deux couples et deux filles de 2 ans et 3,5 ans pour deux semaines. La maison est parfaitement entretenue et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le plus est notre rencontre avec Françoise et Daniel ! Amoureux de leur région, nous avons pu la découvrir à travers eux. Ils sont d'excellents conseils. Superb

This property is better than advertised. Spotless, well maintained and with all the amenities you would expect. An added bonus is the mountain bikes which can be used by guests. However, the biggest asset to this property are the hosts, Daniel & Francoise. They will do anything to make your stay better. Reading the guest book, with >20 reviews, all guests say the same thing. You wont be disappointed if you stay here.

L'excellence

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique avec nos enfants et un bébé d'un an. La maison, la piscine, les environs, il n'y a strictement (on a beau chercher) rien à critiquer. Les chambres, très fonctionnelles, 3 salles de bain, 3 WC, la cuisine d'été, tout est parfait. Un petit plus : sachant que nous venions avec un bébé, Daniel, le propriétaire, a installé une barrière amovible autour de la piscine. Cela nous a permis de profiter calmement de notre séjour. Nous avons profiter en plus, d'une soirée Sardinade organisée par nos hôtes. C'est sur, nous reviendrons, et profiterons un peu plus des balades qu'offrent ce beau pays de Cabrières. Daniel, François, encore merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse. Surtout ne changez rien, tout est parfait. Olivier, Florence et leurs enfants.

Nous étions deux couples avec 2 enfants en bas age. Nous sommes restés une semaine en plein juillet dans cette maison. Notre avis est très positif en tout point, sachant que nous sommes généralement très exigent.. Le lieu : Petit village agréable pour se balader avec les petits, accès rapide en voiture aux commerces principaux, ainsi qu'à d'autres villages typiques à visiter. Nous connaissions peu la région, nous avons apprécié nous y balader. La maison : Deux chambre en bas, équivalente et de bonne qualité. 1 chambre en haut, parfaite pour des plus petits. Un salon équipé à l’étage. L’ensemble des chambres possèdes douche ou baignoire, et WC. (donc 3 WC, 2 douches et une baignoire !). L’ensemble de la maison était très propre, la qualité de la maison elle-même est également bonne, ce qui nous a protégé des chaleurs inhabituellement longue cette année (+ de 35 dehors, 25 dedans). L’ensemble des petits matériels était présent (des bouées, une table de ping pong, tout le matériels de cuisine, des vélos, tables de ping pong, une place immense pour un bon terrain de pétanque, etc… rien ne manquait !) Le gazon est vert et tondu, les fleurs sont nickels, et il y a même des vignes pour le dépaysement. La piscine extérieure est bien entretenu. Du fait que nous avons des enfants en bas âge, le propriétaire avait installé une barrière autour pour plus de sécurité. Nous avons fortement apprécié. Les propriétaires sont agréables et nous offerts des produits locaux, ainsi qu’une visite de la cave coopérative du village. Des ballades sont facilement possibles depuis la maison, mais nous en avons peu profité compte-tenu de l’age des enfants. En résumé nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
