Wonderful seaside house with 2 bedrooms, located in the area of Ftelia, with direct access to the sea, on the other side of the road. The house has a big shady terrace with views to sea and to town. Living room with open plan kitchen.
The house has a nice mixture of traditional but modernized elements. The bedrooms have access to the terrace. There are 2 comfortable bathrooms. The house has a private parking area.
