Great apartment, location and stay.

The apartment is fab, lovely and clean well equipped kitchen and only a 2 min walk from the beach. Set off just up a small side street that’s quiet but still close enough to the main strip. I’d definitely stay here again. The only downside was the communication via the online managing agent on WhatsApp. Parts of the conversations was Ai. There was a slight misunderstanding on a couple of topics such as they advised the room was on second floor and no lift. On arrival I lugged pram, small child and large suitcase and backpack up two flights of stairs when the apartment was on 1st floor. I didn’t notice the lift until day 3 as it’s tucked away. Check in was an hour late but I was able to keep my luggage inside the apartment. Thank you to the host - your apartment is perfect.

Thank you very much for your kind and detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you loved the apartment, its cleanliness, the well-equipped kitchen, and the excellent location so close to the beach yet in a quiet street. It’s wonderful to know you would happily stay with us again. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstandings regarding the floor level, lift information, and the delay with check-in. We understand how inconvenient this must have been, especially when traveling with a child and luggage. Your feedback about the communication via WhatsApp is greatly appreciated, and we will work on improving clarity and accuracy to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you as well for your kind words about the apartment itself. Mensaje de Sleepaways

Thank you, Jose Luis, for noting how comfortable and bright the apartment is. We're sorry that neighbours were noisy during the night; this is unfortunately beyond our control, as it involves third parties in the building, but our team is always available to help address any disturbance if contacted at the time. We take note of your suggestion regarding a microwave. We appreciate your feedback and would be glad to host you again.
