Gîte - Le Viennois: Spacious family gîte with pool & garden | Dordogne

Deze gezellige luxe 1-6 persoons half-vrijstaande gîte is van alle gemakken voorzien en geeft direct een heerlijk landelijk thuisgevoel.

Op de begane grond bevinden zich de sfeervolle woon-/eetkamer met openhaard. De van de woonkamer afgescheiden halfopen keuken is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. Tevens bevinden de zich op de begane grond tevens de grootste tweepersoons slaapkamer met badkamer en-suite.

De bovenverdieping geeft ruimte aan twee slaapkamers. Eén tweepersoons slaapkamer met badkamer en-suite met verduisteringsgordijnen en één slaapkamer met twee éénpersoons bedden inclusief verduisteringsgordijnen.

De gîte beschikt over een eigen terras met tuintafel, barbecue en parasol.

Le Moulin du Clapier beschikt tevens over een zwembad dat gemeenschappelijk met de andere gîtes wordt gedeeld. Het zwembad beschikt over een mooi zonnedek met ligbedden en parasols.
's avonds kunnen de ligbedden gebruikt worden om het hemelspel van de sterren, vallende sterren satellieten etc. te aanschouwen

De grote tuin van Le MoulinduClapier.com is gedeeltelijk beschikbaar en toegankelijk voor onze gasten. Zo is er een loungeset, petanque baan en schommel-/glijbaan aanwezig waar onbeperkt gebruikt van gemaakt kan worden. Tevens leidt een pad onze gasten naar de einde van de tuin, waar het prachtige uitzicht over de landerijen tevoorschijn komt. Hier kunt u heerlijk wandelen in het bos en de zandpaden leiden direct naar het hart van het plaatsje Sorges. De bakker, slager, supermarkt en drogist zijn allemaal op loop afstand. Ideaal om ’s morgens een heerlijke wandeling te maken en terug te komen met een vers croissantje.

Parkeren is gratis en op eigen terrein.

Équipement moderne dans un espace aménagé avec beaucoup de goût par Annelies. Tout est joli et très fonctionnel. Gerard et Annelies sont disponibles et accueillants tout en restant discrets. Les espaces extérieurs et la piscine sont propres et bien entretenus. barbecue et table extérieures pour manger dehors tous les jours.Nous recommandons à 100% sans aucune réserve Les plus du séjour, le marché à Périgueux et la ferme auberge "Grande Maison" à Boulazac *****
Barbecue le soir sur la terrasse entre l'entrée du gite et la piscine. Le boucher se Sorges à coté du Coop a une très bonne viandes.

Gîte avec des hôtes très sympathiques très accueillants mais non envahissants. Très jolie décoration cosy dans un cadre bucolique avec piscine et terrasse ombragée.
