Astonishingly poor communication from the host. There is no help or assistance offered from the host. Check in details provided at the very last minute (less than 12 hours before check-in). During our stay, multiple appliances stopped working and no assistance provided. Host appeared to be careless about our concerns. No check-out instructions provided. Apartment was full of pet hairs. Laundry machine did not work. Microwave machine is faulty as well.
