Streatham House - 2 Bedroom - Sleeps 6 - Free WiFi

This lovely new build detached bungalow has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one is an ensuite shower room. The property is behind gates and has a decked front garden area with seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook up a feast. We have an electric hob, oven and have recently added an airfryer. There is also a kettle and toaster. Parking is on street, free every evening until morning and all weekend. There are streets nearby for further parking options which are free at all times. Its approximately a 7 min walk to Streatham Common train station for trains direct to London Victoria and London Bridge. I have a couple of serviced properties and really enjoy being a host. I have recently upgraded all of the bed linen at this property and painted the living room a stunning teal colour. Check in is super simple - We have a lockbox and the code will be sent to you on check in day. Perfectly Suited Our Needs

This is a nice property and well appointed. The nearest station is Streatham Common and took us 13 minutes to walk, however there is a Number 60 bus that stops very close by both the property and the Station. The property has a courtyard garden at the front but it was so hot outside that we didn't use it. The aircon in the property was an absolute Godsend in the heatwave. There is also underfloor heating for colder days. Lidl is practically next door which was so helpful for transporting food and drinks back to the well appointed kitchen. The main living area is open plan: bright and spacious. The whole place was clean and tidy. For myself and my friend to have a weekend of catching up and keeping cool in the heat, this property perfectly suited our needs.
