The semi-detached accommodation has a courtyard with its own entrance and offers optimum privacy and tranquility. The materials and finishing are of high quality and the kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and cooker. For optimum relaxation there is a luxurious freestanding XL bath.
The living/bedroom is in open connection with the fully equipped kitchen and the ensuite bathroom has an XL freestanding bath, walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The accommodation offers direct access to a sun-drenched garden with lots of privacy and tranquility. Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure an optimum climate.
Through a gate that is for shared use you enter the accommodation via the private garden.
The nearest station is Hollands Spoor, which is a 15-minute walk away. Tram 6 stops 300 m from the accommodation. This takes you to The Hague Central Station within 10 minutes. Shops, restaurants and nice bars are within walking distance.
