The Yacht house had everything we needed and more to make our staying comfortable. Kitchen and baths fully stocked. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. The manager was attentive and very helpful in making our stay one filled with great memories.

The host was very welcoming. Met us at the dock and walked us to the house. Made sure we understood the ins and outs of Venice and gave personal recommendations on what to see. The house was beautiful and accommodated the 7 of us quite well. Nice to cool breakfast every morning and be in such a nice area of Venice.

Wonderful rental

We rented this lovely home for a family vacation. The accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us. The location was great! We hired two chefs to cook for us two nights and they found everything they needed in the kitchen. Caterina was very helpful and responsive to our minor issues. I would highly recommend this beautifully decorated home. ??

We had a wonderful four night stay at the Yacht House in September. The apartment is in a very central and convenient location, with a small grocery store around the corner. It is steps to wonderful restaurants and is an easy walking distance to the major sites in Venice. The interior of the apartment is so beautifully decorated and is equally as comfortable. As much as we enjoyed touring magnificent Venice, we always looked forward to retreating to the Yacht House to watch the gondolas glide by. Caterina and the Views on Venice team were exceptional to work with. They took the stress out of our travel. Until next time - Grazie Mille!

Excellent luxurious apartment

This apartment has recently been renovated and decorated to a top level. It is spacious and has great amenities. The kitchen is outfitted with anything you could need and a laundry room with a top quality washer and dryer. Makes longer stays so much easier. The bedding and bathroom have good quality linens. The family space to gather was comfortable. Best part for my family was the tiny balcony where we could watch all the gondolas and boats pass. Really fun. The location is easy to get to and close to everything without being in a dense area. Great restaurant close by. It’s an extra but we would have loved toweling robes and slippers.
