About this property

Large house, Cote d'Azur, 10 min from the beach in a small picturesque village

Perfect for two families with children or for friends, the house contains 10 beds on two floors and at the top two large terraces and gardens all around. All the beds, sofas and kitchen are new but the house is 100 years old with its vaults and its broad walls of white lime.
The village is at the end of a road that goes no further. It has the discreet charm of the old country villages with all the houses built around the church. The house overlooks the village with the view of the sea in the distance and the surrounding hills

transport network
There is no direct access by car to the door of the house, except to unload the suitcases or races. Then you have to park the car on the Place 200 m below. External stone staircases then join the different floors. There is no interior staircase which makes all its charm!

Other remarks
Possibility to buy fruits, vegetables, fresh eggs from the peasants of the corner. Full of great walks leave directly from the house. Barbecue, swing set and deckchairs available for parents, swing, badminton, zip-line for children!

Possibility of renting kayaks, puddles or windsurfing at the Yacht Club Beaulieu 1 hour drive to Nice.

Vivre dans un petit hameau typique avec une magnifique vue

Maison atypique comme décrite sur l'annonce avec 3 étages indépendants. Une maison donc tout en hauteur dans un hameau où vous entendez (au sens litteral) la vie des habitants se derouler. Le principal des vacances se déroule sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique jusqu'à la mer et dans les différents coins du jardin. Possibilité de profiter de certains produits du jardin : tomates, courgettes, aubergines, citrons. Balade au départ de la maison et une petite piscine naturelle d"eau fraiche en cas de grosses chaleurs. Il faut bien sûr une voiture pour descendre. 3 plages agréables à latte en bas, à la frontière pour le masque et tuba et une plage de sable à l'entree de Ventimille. Un supermarché incroyable à latte.

Schöner Urlaub im urigen Sommerhaus mit naturbelassenem Garten

die Umgebung und die Lage sind grandios, im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt Auto ist notwendig um zum Meer und Einkaufen zu fahren großes Haus mit einem tollen Blick von der Terrasse der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, danke Louis!

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, allerdings nagt der Zahn der Zeit an seinem Interieur. In den Bädern fehlten die Klodeckel, zum Teil hingen die Glühbirnen ohne Lampenschirm an der Wand/Decke und der Duschvorhang müsste auch nochmal ausgetauscht werden. Da die Aussengarnitur der Witterung ausgesetzt ist, sind die Bezüge fleckig und das Rattan ist schon sehr kaputt. Im naturbelassenen Garten gibt es Zitronen- und Feigenbäume an denen man sich bedienen kann. Die Strände in Ventimiglia sind sehr schön und nicht überlaufen. Ein Ausflug nach Monaco und Sanremo lohnt auf jeden Fall. Im nächstgelegenen Supermarkt gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Einkauf benötigt.

Tolles Haus in idyllischem Bergdorf

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Villatella! Wir sind als Reisegruppe mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern / Jugendlichen gefahren, dafür war die Aufteilung des Hauses perfekt. Die Kinder haben sich direkt am zweiten Tag mit den Dorfbewohnern angefreundet, was natürlich super war ! Nachteilig ist, dass man sehr viel im Auto sitzen muss, aber das wussten wir vorher und die Umgebung ist einfach fantastisch! In dem idyllischen Bergdorf wird es abends ein paar grad kühler als in den Städten, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Ganz klasse ist natürlich der nahegelegende Wasserfall, in dem man sich herrlich erfrischen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend und wir bekamen viele Tipps und umgehende Hilfe, falls im Haus was nicht funktionierte. Alles in allem können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, vor allem, wenn man mit einer etwas größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist !

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Villatella verbracht. Vorab haben wir eine genaue Wegbeschreibung vom Vermieter bekommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter.....

Jenseits des Trubels

Großes Haus mit einem tollen Blick von der Terrasse, abseits des Trubels. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uriges Haus in abgelegenem Bergdorf

Es ist ein uriges Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Toll ist das Wohngefühl in dem alten Bergdorf. Einer der Höhepukte war der nahe gelegene Wasserfall mit Gumpen, in denen man sich erfrischen konnte. Wir erhielten bereits vor Beginn des Aufenthalts nützliche Informationen und wurden sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen.
