Vacances de reve!

Nous avons beaucoup apprecie notre sejour dans cette maison tres accueillante et bien amenagee. Beaucoup d'espace pour notre famille de 2 adultes + 3 enfants, proprete irreprochable, literie confortable, plein de rangement dans les chambres et salles de bain, un bon choix de casseroles/ustensiles en cuisine, bref rien a redire! Propriete au calme, dans la nature et en meme temps proche de tout (les commerces sont a 10 min en voiture). Contact tres sympa avec le proprietaire qui nous a donne des recommandations bien utiles pour les activites a faire dans le coin. La region est superbe, on voudrait bien y revenir, meme si on habite a 10,000 km de la - si l'occasion se presente, on re-louera cette maison sans hesitation!

Agréable chalet bien situé

Agréable chalet. Pièce de vie assez grande avec 4 expositions et accès au jardin; 3 belles chambres (une plus petite mais avec WC et petit balcon). Bonne literie. Jardin avec vue dégagée, terrasse ombragée. Bonne situation : à proximité du lac et des montagnes; très belles randonnées à faire.

Rental

A superb base for any local activities ie: skiing, rock climbing, flying and walking. The house is well equipped with everything you would need, it is vary spacious and has great views across Gap (the nearest main town) towards the Alps. This is the second time I have stayed here and the owners Marc and Isabelle are extremely friendly. They respond to any booking requests very quickly. The only other things you may need to now is that you have to pay a deposit on arrival in case you damage anything which is fully refunded if you treat the house with respect and bedding and towelling are not provided in the price but are available for hire. I can only add that if you stay here you will not be disappointed.

wat ouder chalet, met prachtig uitzicht op Gap en de bergen rondom. wij zijn hier 4 weken geweest. goed om te weten: er wordt een grondige schoonmaak vereist door de gasten voor hun vertrek.

Nice view in alle directions to the high mountains. Rustique house in a personal country style. Good kitchen, nice bath rooms, good beds. Bring your roadbike, and encounter hills better that anything else. Hiking directly from the house. Numerous mountain bike trails. If your are a glider pilot: 10 minutes to Gap Tallard. Your host is an expert in outdoor acitivities in the mountains. Very recommendable. Jensen

Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in der Region. Aber auch für kleine Wanderungen oder Mountain Bike Feierabendrunde direkt vor der Haustür prima.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht

Ein schönes großes Haus am Ende der kleinen Wohnsiedlung mit einem tollen Blick über Gap in die Berge. Ein schöner ruhiger naturnaher Ort zum Ausspannen und erholen. Das Haus ist im Wohnzimmer-/Küchenbereich sehr großzügig. Von der Kühe hat man einen tollen Blick in die Berge, da macht sogar das spülen Spaß :-). Die Betten sind alle gut, wir haben prima geschlafen. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im DG. In der Nacht kann man die Fenster und Türen auflassen und bei einem kühlen Wind kann man gut schlafen. Die Küche ist mit den Basics ausgestattet und außer dem gemauerten Grill gibt es noch einen Kugelgrill. Bettwäsche haben wir von Marc "gemietet". Handtücher, Trockentücher haben wir mitgebracht. Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand und es war alles sehr sauber. Bis Tallard zum Einkaufen sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, nach Gap ein paar Minuten länger. Die Hausübergabe mir Marc hat problemlos geklappt. Auch die vorausgegangen Mails mit Fragen wurden von Marc immer schnell beantwortet.... alles prima. Vielen Dank an Marc!! Wir können das Haus ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen.

Un bel été dans le Gapençais !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce très agréable chalet où chacun à trouvé sa place et les occupations de son âge. La vue magnifique sur Gap et les montagnes, la vaste terrasse ombragée et fleurie qui appelle au farniente, le confort des canapés du séjour au plaisir de la lecture, ou même le jardin pour jouer à cache-cache, tout a concouru à notre bien être. Marc est un hôte charmant qui saura vous conseiller pour les multiples activités offertes par sa superbe région. Nous le remercions et recommandons chaudement sa maison. A wonderfull house and a wonderfull vacation!!!!

Everything we need for the perfect holiday we found in Marc's beautifull cottage. A cosy and ( for two people) very spacious house as you can see in the correct description. We already told a few of our best friends and family members to rent this great place. There were so many beautifull hikes to make, too many. We will have to come back. Last but not least. Marc thank you for your hospitality. Your knowledge about the possibilities in the area were very usefull and although we couldn't do everything you recommended, the information you gave was very good. The kindest regards. ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

wir erwarteten eine große Ferienwohnung, wir hatten ein großes Haus für und allein! Die Villa lag etwas abseits, sehr ruhig, mit einem herrlichen Fernblick über Gap und die französischen Alpen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles funktionierte bestens. Marc, der Vermieter, war bei unseren Wünschen sehr entgegenkommend, gab gute Tipps zu Wanderungen und Ausfahrten in der Umgebung. Das Objekt ist bestens zu empfehlen

Mooie grote woning met een fantastisch uitzicht

Bovenop een berg aan het randje van de Alpen vonden wij dit mooie vakantiehuis. De woning is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien met twee douches, twee wc's en royale kamers. Internet is aanwezig en voldoet prima. Het laatste stukje van de 'weg' om bij de woning te komen is niet voorzien van asfalt en kent een behoorlijke helling. Wij hadden motoren bij ons (daar kwamen we voor) en weggaan en thuiskomen was niet altijd even makkelijk. Het was wel fijn dat de motoren in de garage mochten staan (tegen een geringe vergoeding). De verhuurder deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Prima vakantiehuis, netjes en schoon.

Excellente location!

Excellente location, dans un cadre très paisible et bucolique. La vue est superbe, les ballades partent directement de la maison. Le propriétaire, guide de surcroît, nous a fait découvrir de magnifiques endroits en VTT en s'adaptant a notre petit niveau! Il sait partager sa passion de la montagne. Nous reviendrons certainement pour d'autres activités : canyoning, via ferrata etc...Un réel plaisir, merci Marc!

A ne pas manquer !

Super semaine de vacances entre amies dans cette maison/chalet perdu dans la nature. La vue sur Gap et ses environs depuis le jardin est vraiment splendide, dommage que le temps ne nous ait pas permis de plus en profiter. Néanmoins nous avons fait de belles balades, dont une depuis la maison qui permet de découvrir les environs. Le chalet est très confortable (les lits en particulier!) et très fonctionnel. Et ce qui ne gâche rien, le proprio est très sympa et connaît la région comme sa poche, il nous a donné pas mal d'idées d'excursions. On essaiera de revenir... Encore merci Marc!

Country Cottage - perfect and peaceful

The property is in the small hamlet of Chateauveux with amazing views of the surrounding Alps. It has a large wooded garden with plenty of room inside the cottage which is clean and well kept adding to its comfort. The location is really peaceful, even the buzzing of bees seemed loud! It is really handy for the nearby towns of Gap and Tallard both of which have a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The owner is really helpful and will try to accommodate your needs as well as having excellent local knowledge of walks and cycling trails in the area.Our stay was primarily for flying lessons at the local aerodrome which was only 10 minutes drive from the house. This cottage is value for money and highly recommended - we have already booked our next visit in a few weeks time!

Très agréable séjour passé dans ce superbe chalet

Ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce chalet qui porte bien son nom!! On s'est bien reposé car l'environnement est calme. On a bien profité des environs pour faire des balades, des sorties raquettes et du ski. Le propriétaire très sympa nous a aiguillé dans nos choix d'activités. On était jamais venu dans la région. On est comblé et on espère revenir en été.

Très agréable séjour passé dans ce joli chalet

Ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce superbe chalet qui porte bien son nom! on s'est bien reposé car l'environnement est très calme.On a bien profité de l'extérieur car on a fait des balades, des sorties en raquettes et du ski. Le propriétaire nous a bien aiguillé dans le choix des activités. Le chalet était très propre et bien équipé. On espère revenir ici en été pour pouvoir profiter de la région et de toutes les activités possible car on ne connaissait pas la région et on a été séduit car et mon mari et mes enfants y ont trouvé leur bonheur. Je recommande vivement ce petit nid douillet.
