Magnificent apartment right in the historic center of Seville.
It is divided into two floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, and two bedrooms plus a bathroom.
#Room 1: Two single beds (90x200cm)
#Room 2: Two single beds (90x200cm)

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm) and a full bathroom.
On this floor, we find the jewel of the house: a magnificent private terrace with exclusive views of the Giralda.

The apartment has an unbeatable location, right in the historic center of Seville. Just a few steps from the Cathedral, the Alcázar Palace, and the main tourist attractions.
Therefore, you can walk to all of Seville's attractions. It is also surrounded by bars and services, but because it is a pedestrian street and located on the second floor of the building, it escapes the hustle and bustle of the city center.

We have optional parking just a 7-minute walk from the apartment. The price is 15 euros per day. If you need it, please inform us with your reservation to check availability.

Excellent host, beautiful little apartment in the heart of the old city. A bit loud on Saturday night but that’s to be expected considering it was a holiday. Would stay again. Great value.

Our teenage boys loved the spiral stairs up to their room and the penthouse deck off their room. The bathrooms, loft bedroom, and living areas were unusually spacious for Europe. Nice central heating and AC. Well stocked with essential supplies. Initially getting into the building and apartment was tricky since we couldn't download the key-app. No deadbolt on the front door from inside the apartment.
