Our stay at the Dunes was even better than we had expected. The condo was furnished beautifully and had every amenity that we needed. The balcony with the view was exceptional. We loved our stay in Florence and hope to return one day.

Fantastic stay!! Great location in Old Town Florence and right in the river. So close to restaurants, shops and walking the neighborhood. Close drive to Sea Cave, Hobbit Beach, Cape Perpetua and so much more! Would definitely stay again.

The condo was even better than expected. It was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. Being right in the heart of historic Florence where we were able to walk to everything was a highlight. We enjoyed the shops, eating at Waterfront Depot as well as Hukilau, the best Hawaiian restaurant we have been to outside of Hawaii. Thanks for a great stay!

Great host! Very cool property surrounded by good food and very friendly people. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had is just across the street at Restobar. Comfortable and clean property. Host went above and beyond with some nice touches. Thanks for hosting us!

This is a beautiful and very well-maintained property. The location couldn't be better for a view of the river and immediate access to shops and restaurants. It is well-stocked with kitchen items and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are separated for more privacy. The description is quite clear about the possibiity of noise due to deliveries, a pub nearby, etc. Although our stay was all during weekdays, any outside sounds were minimal and nothing during the night. The view is better than expected, which includes a full visual of the historic bridge. We saw crazy gorgeous sunsets. Tammy, the host, was amazing and was quick to respond when we first had a bit of trouble using the code in the lock. We can't wait to stay here again!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The view was beautiful!! Even with the rain the ability to walk to everything we needed was wonderful. Definitely worth renting again.

Very spacious, clean and excellent location. Easy check in and great communication. The view is also fantastic. A couple or the bath towels did have some stains on them but were clean.
