Welcome to the Enchanted Riverfront A-Frame, nestled in the woods on an acre of private riverfront in the mountains. 3400 sq. ft. 4 bedroom home with fully stocked chef’s kitchen, open floor plan, hot tub, fast WiFi, game room and river/forest views throughout.

Sleeps 10-12 comfortably with accommodations up to 15. ~1 hour drive from Seattle, 20 min to Snoqualmie Pass, 15 min to Cle Elum & Suncadia, 20 minutes to Ronald & Roslyn and surrounded by nearby snow parks and recreational trails.

The space
Float the river directly from the house or challenge your family or friends to one of many yard games or wade in the private lagoon on the river's edge. All your toys are welcome to this recreational wonderland close to Lakes Kachess and Easton, abundant trails for hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking or UTVs in the summer and skiing, snowmobiling, or sledding/tubing in the winter.

We welcome business travelers. Discounted weekday rates and house is equipped for remote work (fast Starlink WiFi, a comfortable workspace, and additional monitors/cords).

Please note that the main living area is located on the second floor and requires stairs. This property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Additionally, although all children are welcome, parents please take note that this property is not well-suited for children ages 1-3 due to stairs, river, nice furniture and plants.

We have outdoor security cameras at the front door, driveway and river.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and both riverfront lots. Access to a portion of the garage is restricted.
Other things to note
Pet fee is $125 per pet and adult dogs only please (no cats allowed sorry). Max 2 pets and only 25lbs or less.

Weekends are typically a 2 or 3 night minimum night stay, however we will make exceptions on weekdays. We will also offer discounted pricing on weekdays for smaller groups (6 or less) or last-minute weekend stays, please just ask :)

-Approximately a one-hour drive east from Seattle and the neighborhood and house is easily accessible in winter (close to I90 and no hills).
-Nearest grocery store is 15 min away (Cle Elum).
-Snoqualmie Pass and Alpental ski areas are 20 min away
-Walkable to Palouse to Cascades State Park/Trail and other trails
-Walkable to Lake Kachess
