Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of many of Guildford's shops, bars and restaurants. The train station is just 10 minutes walk away and there are regular trains to central London taking just 30 minutes.

Getting Around:
There is 1 allocated parking for this arriving by car. Guildford Train station is a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away. Being so centrally located, most of Guildford is accessible on foot.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
