This delightful 71 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city.

It is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The other two bedrooms each have a comfortable single bed.

Two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

This peaceful neighbourhood in Madrid offers a welcome break from the city's bustling centre while keeping iconic sights within easy reach. Visitors can enjoy a more local side of the capital, with quiet tree-lined streets, homely cafés, and traditional tapas bars just a short stroll away. It's an excellent base for travellers who want to experience Madrid daily, away from the crowds, without missing out on the cultural highlights.

Nearby, guests can explore lesser-known parks, authentic eateries, and charming plazas frequented by locals. Public transport connections are convenient, making reaching landmarks like the Royal Palace, the Gran Vía, or the Prado Museum easy. After a day of sightseeing, returning to this relaxed corner of the city feels like returning home.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Parque Calero, Cdad. Lineal, is just a 1-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
