Nice stay in Santa Elena, close to the cloud forest and all the activities we wanted to do. Great views. Walking distance to restaurants in town which was nice so we didn't have to deal with parking in downtown.

Alan’s House is very well equipped, comfortable, super clean, and has a lovely view. Thank you, Alan for the lovely, welcoming bowl of fruit as well!Should you choose to stay at this VRBO, my only suggestion would be that you bring earplugs as the barking dogs and traffic can keep you awake.

Alan's house was a wonderful place to base our family (w/ 2 kids, 6 and 9) for visiting Santa Elena and Monteverde; it is a very charming spot with breath-taking views, my boys loved having breakfast and spotting rainbows our first morning. The house was spotless and the kitchen very well-equipped (with cookware and cutlery in excellent condition). Alan and his wife were extremely gracious hosts, always easy to contact and eager to help. We hope to come back soon!
