Via della Principessa 77 is located in a truly strategic position. The sea is less than 100 meters away, very close to the "Paradisino" bathing establishment, less than 100 meters away we have a large free car park as well as the possibility of parking in front of the house on the street and 1 convenient private parking space. We are in the middle of 2 shopping centers which are both about 400 meters away (Conad City and Coop). All in a flat position, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot.
In via della Principessa n.77, we rent a ground floor apartment with a private outdoor courtyard and a private parking space.

Internally it consists of a kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with window and shower.

The private outdoor courtyard is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.

EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 2 TVs, washing machine, air conditioning.

BEDS: There are 6 beds consisting of two double beds and two single beds.
