This cosy holiday home, built in 2016, is a true gem for those who dream of direct access to the beautiful nature of the North Sea. Located in the first row of dunes, the house has a private dune plot where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the magnificent landscape from the top of the dune.
The house is furnished with three spacious rooms that can accommodate the whole family or guests. The open-plan kitchen/living room is the heart of the home and offers a beautiful light that creates a light and airy atmosphere. There are plenty of opportunities for socialising while enjoying the view through the large windows. The bathroom is modern and beautifully decorated with quality in mind.
Outside, you'll find large south- and west-facing terraces where you can enjoy the sun all day long and relax with the sound of the sea waves in the background. The fantastic location makes this holiday home a unique sanctuary for nature lovers and bon vivants who want a combination of modern comfort and unspoilt western coastal idyll.
The outdoor shower will be unavailable from November to March and at other times when there is a risk of frost. Note: Not for commercial rental.
