This is a ground floor room on the back of a small alleyway next to the dumpster behind some restaurants. The window was open when we entered, construction across the road 10 feet away. The AC is non-functional, no hand towel in bathroom or kitchen. Bathroom light switch upside down and the vent fan is on continuously, until I specifically place the vent fan button (above bathroom door) at a flat angle and get it to stay, before it inevitably turns on again.But there is an umbrella and mini fridge for leftovers. Basic dishes and appliances.
