You get what you pay for. The area is loud but thats expected given the location. We were able to save on driving and parking by just walking to the heart of London. About 20 minutes to Big Ben so no bad. Beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms were a plus. Alot of local stores and food at your finger tips. Again not the greatest accommodations but for the price with that location, we were satisfied. The only real issues we had was finding it. We got good directions but not being from there, they were hard to understand. GPS took us to the complete wrong place. The other issue we had was the internet. They provided 3 different wifi options and all were absolutely terrible. Constantly losing connections. Lastly, the showers. Great there were 2 but regardless if one or both were going, the water temp fluctuated from way too cold to way too hot. Terrible showers to say the least.But you get what you pay for and you are not finding another place so close to the city for that price

Upon arrival I asked if we could drop bags off early and got no initial response. I had to eventually reach out directly to the manager. Ultimately it was ok to drop bags off early. Upon arrival we see that the lock was nailed into the door with brad nails, not terribly secure. The rooms and overall apartment are far smaller than they look in the pictures and cleanliness was obviously a second thought to this owner. The run in the bedroom was so filthy that it was sticky. There was is fact lean sheets on the bed but no mattress liner, gross. Also only one power outlet worked in this bedroom. The second bedroom was a little better and had a bathroom attached however the shower in that room did not work and my nephew and I ended up having to share the other shower. Not ideal. The hallway has a refrigerator in it that makes it hard to even walk into the kitchen. The furniture is very old and has been used hard. The window in the second bedroom is taped together, I have videos from when we left. This is not a place I would stay again. On top of this, the Television did not work at all and the WIFI was spotty at best. I repeatedly contacted the manager both in app and directly to address the problems and got reply's the first couple days but later my requests went unanswered. I have screenshots of this also. Not a great experience.

Umgebung, Treppenhaus ungepflegt. Einfache vergleiste Fenster für eine Wohnung an einer Ample einer sehr befahrene Hauptstrasse. Riss im Fensterglass des 1. Schlafzimmer notdürtigt mit blauen Kleberband zusammengehalten. Ruhiges Schlaf unmöglich. Vernseher defekt (siehe Kommentar eines Gates im Sept. 2025)Nicht mal 1 Std. nach unserer Ankunft am 14. tropfte Wasser in 3 Stellen im Wohnzimmer wir legren Gastehandtücher, in der Mitte wo es mehr tropfte stellten wir den Mülleimer. Das Wasser kam vermutlich von der Dusche/Toiletten im 2. Stock, weil es mehr tropfte Schritte im Oberstock hörten. Betreiber sofort per WhatsApp und über FeWo informiert. Erst am nächten Tag kam eine Rückmeldung dass ein Handwerker zur Wohnung geschick t wird. Bis unserer Ausreise am 17. um 8:30 Uhr waren die nasse Handtücher und Mülleimer noch am Platz. Defektes Duschkopf. Duschkabine Renovierungsbedürftig. Türschlöss wacklig.In der ganzen Wohnung hörbare, nervige und ständige Gepippe jeder Minute aus einer Anlage über der Wohnungstür (Innenseite).Einziger Pluspunkt, die Wohnung lag nur ein paar Minuten im Bus von Big ben, Buckingham palace und Trafalgar square.Nie wieder!
