Rent 15 minutes from Agrigento, the particularly charming villa, is surrounded by nature in a quiet and relaxing, in the valley connecting Raffadali to Cattolica Eraclea, with a magnificent 360 ° view over olive groves, hills and mountains.

It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people comfortably. Shops are located 5 minutes drive (Raffadali).

The house is built 200 meters from the road, on a plot of 45 ares, with 2 large covered terraces, Mediterranean trees (olive, citrus, fig ...) and a private pool of 10MX5M.

Located ¼ of an hour's drive, Agrigento is one of the most important tourist destinations in Sicily. The Valley of the Temples is the largest archaeological site of ancient Greece, while being a UNESCO World Heritage Site; inside, an ancient garden Kolymbetra, recently restored by the FAI, and the archaeological museum.

Among the places to visit in the city, there is in particular the College of the Philippines (which includes an art gallery and the collection of the great Sicilian 800), the Lucchesiana Library, the Church of Santa Maria dei Greci, the Monastery from the Holy Spirit, the Arab district of Rabato and via Atenea, the main street of the city, with shops for shopping and the local nightlife.

At 8 km, in Realmonte, you will admire the Scala dei Turchi, a fantastic chalk cliff between two beaches of pure white sand.

The villa is a 20-minute drive from the beautiful Siculiana Marina Beach.

About 20 km near Siculiana lies the beautiful nature reserve Torre Salsa, managed by WWF, which also includes a section of beach frequented by nudists. The reserve is sometimes frequented by the sea turtle Caretta caretta.

The villa camped in the middle of the olive trees is a haven of peace and rest. Located in a valley, a small flow of air vents even at the hottest times of the year. And then, the private pool is at a stairway from the terrace that overlooks the property.
The house is extremely practical and comfortable, in a rational spirit and a contemporary decor of good taste.

You will be able to taste typical Sicilian dishes (see photos) concocted by Giovanni, your host and your occasional chef.

Villa très agréable et confortable

La maison est très bien pour 4 personnes. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire et tout fonctionne très bien. Nos « grands » garçons ont appréciés d avoir chacun un grand lit😉. L’accueil par les amis siciliens des propriétaires est excellent et j’ai adoré visiter le jardin de Francesco. Le propriétaire nous a par ailleurs communiqué une liste de restos et choses à faire. La villa est vraiment au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines (Coucher de soleil 😍). C est assez rapide pour se rendre à Agrigento, etc … Nous sommes également aller faire du catamaran depuis Porto Empedocle, etc … Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette propriété et la Sicile.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa d Yves et Fabienne La maison était d une très grande propreté et très bien située dans la campagne sicilienne Un grand merci au propriétaire pour ses excellentes adresses des environs et notamment des restaurants ! Un grand merci également à Giovanni et son épouse pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ainsi qu à Francesco pour ses fruits et légumes extraordinaires ! Un havre de paix idéal pour un séjour entre mer et campagne

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans la maison et surtout autour de la piscine L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent être au calme avec une vue incroyable sur la montagne et la campagne environnantes Un peu loin de la mer mais la piscine et ses alentours font vite oublier les vagues siciliennes La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes avec tout le confort Dommage qu’il n’y ait plus d’extérieur pour prendre les repas depuis que la terrasse s’est transformée en véranda. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison pour une semaine de tranquillité et de farniente

Ruhe und Erholung

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Siz. Provinz mit top Ausblick & Pool der groß genug ist um Bahnen zu schwimmen. Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt mit Palmen, Blumen und Olivenbäumen. Was gut zu wissen ist: Die SP (Strada Provinciale) sind generell schlecht in Schuss daher ist die Anfahrt für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas abenteuerlich und ohne Auto würde ich das Objekt nicht mieten, da der nächste Supermarkt ein Stück weg ist. Man kann sich auch von Francesco mit herrlichem Obst, Gemüse aus Eigenanbau, sowie Wein versorgen lassen, sehr zu empfehlen, Preise i.O.. Francesco ist auch jeden Tag am Haus zum Gießen und nach dem Rechten sehen, nur den Pool muss man täglich selber reinigen. Würde ich auch jedem empfehlen es zu machen. Ich weiß nicht ob die Vormieter es gemacht haben, jedenfalls waren als wir ankamen, an den Rändern Algen und Würmer, haben das aber schnell in den Griff bekommen. Am Haus ist eine Videokamera angebracht die die Ostseite Pool/Eingangsbereich überwacht. Hunde gibt es in der Umgebung, welche jedoch so weit weg sind, dass ich persönlich sie nicht als störend empfunden habe. Generell schlafe ich aber mit Ohrstöpseln was von Vorteil war, Spatzen und Echsen haben sich auf Dach/&Rinne ihr Zuhause gesucht und das getrippel ist recht laut. Da hilft leider der Kaktus am Dach auch nicht. Dafür kann aber keiner was das ist eben Natur. Wir konnten uns damit gut arrangieren, für Menschen mit leichten Schlaf vielleicht nicht das Richtige. Zudem sollte man generell kein Problem mit Tierchen haben wenn man in einem südlichen Land ist. Die Vermieter hatten im Vorbau die Fenster zum Lüften aufgemacht ehe wir gegen 8pm eingetroffen sind, entsprechend viele Moskitos waren in der Wohnung zu finden, über dem Bett hängt hierfür bereits ein Moskitonetz. Echsen suchen sich ihren Weg in die kühlen Wohnungen auch durch Insektengitter und direkt in der ersten Nacht haben wir Bekanntschaft mit einer Kakerlake im Bad gemacht, aber nur mit der einen. Klimaanlagen sind in allen Räumlichkeiten und funktionieren gut. Wasser sollte man nicht aus der Leitung trinken, und kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen (ist generell in Sizilien so) Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht, es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, gekocht wird mir Gas, bekocht wurden wir leider nicht, es wurde uns nicht angeboten und gefragt haben wir nicht, lag vllt. an der Verständigung. Italienisch Kentnisse vorteilhaft. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, würden wieder kommen.

Fast perfekt

Das Haus steht "allein" (frei) in einem Tal. Der nächste Nachbar ist ca. 200 m Luftlinie, der nächst größere Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 10 Autominuten und das Meer zum Baden ist ca. 35 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus wird in der oberen Ebene (1. Stock mit einer großen Terrasse, einem Wohnzimmer mit sehr gutausgestatteter Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Duschbad) bewohnt. Die Schlaf und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Garage der Vermieter sowie ein grosser Abstell- und Hauswirtschaftsraum. Vor dem Haus befindet sich der Grillplatz. Leicht seitlich vom Haus ist die Poolanlage. Dort stört lediglich etwas der Kies drum herum und die aufdringlichen Wespen. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Zeit dort. Es ist ein schönes Haus und mit teilweise tollen Nachbarn: Felicia, Giovanni und Francesco! Die haben schon zu unserem Wohlgefühl mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft, selbstgemachtem Essen und eigenem angebauten Gemüse beigetragen. Ansonsten bietet das Haus alles an Annehmlichkeiten, was man in einem guten und schönen Urlaub haben möchte. Einziges Manko war der Alarm der überhitzten Wassererwärmung auf dem Dach und die "Stromausfälle" (Netzüberlastung im Haus wegen der Klimaanlagen) in den letzten Tagen. Aber kein Wunder bei über 40 Grad. Dafür, das der Nachbarbauer einmal spät abends und einmal zeitig am Morgen seinen Acker umgepflügt, ein anderer Nachbar mit einem Bagger zwei Tage Bäume verpflanzt und ein dritter Nachbar mit einem Bagger sein Feld für die Ansaat vorbereitet hat, können die Vermieter nichts. Dennoch haben wir uns fünf Tage wie auf einer Baustelle gefühlt. Zudem haben die Hunde von einem weiteren Nachbarn oberhalb des Hause zwei Tage früh morgens und abends permanent gebellt. Giovanni konnte da leider auch nicht helfen. Das alles war dann leider schon störend. Aber wie gesagt, für diese "lauten" Nachbarn können die Vermieter nichts. Dennoch erwähne ich es hier in der Rezessionen, den absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist es dort nicht ganz. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub dort. Und wenn die "lauten" Nachbarn mehr Rücksicht nehmen würden, wäre es dort perfekt. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Felicia, Giovanni und Francesco und die Vermieter für Ihre Informationen, Gastfreundlichkeit und Unterstützung vor Ort.

Wundervolle Unterkunft mitten im sonnigen Sizilien

Das Haus verfügt über alles was man sich unter einem angenehmen komfortablen Urlaub vorstellt. Der Pool (28 Grad), der Garten und die Veranda sind absolut ein Traum. Im Garten konnten wir von den Feigen und Trauben naschen. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, bis hin zum eigenen Olivenöl und Limoncello von der Casa. Ein extra Dankeschön hierfür, wir haben es sehr genossen. Im Haus gibt es weitere Annehmlichkeiten wie Ventilatoren, elektr. Gerät gegen Mücken, Waschmaschine, Gewürze in der Küche bis hin zum tollen Aussengrill. Giovanni hat uns mit genialem sizilanischem Essen verwöhnt und hat zusammen mit seiner Ehefrau immer nach dem Rechten im Haus gesehen. Francesco hat nach dem Garten geschaut und uns mit frischem Gemüse versorgt, einfach genial. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Campagne sicilienne

Belle maison et services au milieu de la campagne sicilienne. Yves (le propriétaire) est très disponible ainsi que les interlocuteurs locaux (Giovanni) sans parler des excellentes tomates séchées de Francesco. Une somme de petites attentions dès l’arrivée pour une superbe semaine de vacances.

Un vrai bout de paradis

Nous avons adoré cette belle villa. Elle était parfaite à tout point de vue -- la situation, la décoration, les équipements, la piscine, la vue sur le beau paysage sicilien, les couchées de soleil, le son des clochettes des chèvres qui passent, etc. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de la campagne et le beau jardin plein d'oliviers et d'agrumes. Un grand merci à Giovanni et Felicia pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous conseillons aussi un repas préparé par Giovanni -- une vraie délice. La villa est très bien situé, proche à la belle ville d'Agrigento avec la Vallée des temples et des très belles plages de sable blanc. Nous sommes partis avec regret et espérons retourner l'an prochain! En tout, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Yves et Fabienne de nous avons loué cette magnifient maison.

Un havre de paix

Ce fut un réel bonheur que de s'installer à la villa Nero Bianco. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée et entretenue. Dans ce havre de paix au milieu des oliviers, où que le regard porte, on en a plein la vue! C'est un point de départ parfait pour la Vallée des temples, la côte d'Agrigento et l'arrière-pays. Nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps! Merci à Giovanni et Felicia, toujours avenants et disponibles. En terminant, une petite suggestion très «nord-américaine» : un grille-pain compléterait à merveille l'excellente cafetière électrique Lavazza (dont on s'ennuie encore!). Merci Fabienne (wow le limoncello!) et Yves de nous accueillir chez vous! Arrivederci!

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger, aber landwirtschaftlich aktiver Umgebung

Wir haben zwei Wochen Ende Mai in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa selbst besteht aus zwei Etagen, wovon die obere Etage benutzbar ist (die untere ist verschlossen). Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad mit Dusche, sowie einer großen Terrasse. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine weitere überdachte Terrasse mit Tischkicker sowie einem fest installierten, gut funktionierenden Grill. Die Villa ist etwas abseits der Straße gelegen. Der Verkehr auf der Straße ist meistens sehr gering, so dass es auch nicht stört, dass man ihn auf der Terrasse und teilweise auch auf dem Grundstück hört und sieht. Neben dem Haus befindet sich auch der Pool, der angenehm groß und sehr gut gepflegt ist. Das Haus und der Pool ist umgeben von (noch relativ kleinen) Olivenbäumen und anderen Pflanzen. Sowohl der Olivenbaumhain als auch die sonstigen Flächen (weiter weg) um das Haus werden landwirtschaftlich bewirtschaftet. Obwohl die Gegend sonst sehr ruhig ist, ergeben sich wegen der untertäglichen Hitze meist gerade in den Morgen- und Abendstunden ab und zu Geräuschbelästigungen, die je nach Entfernung entsprechend störend sind. Die Umgebung der Villa ist durch den eher ruhigen Südwesten geprägt, der deutlich weniger touristisch geprägt zu sein scheint, als die Ostküste. Das Tempeltal von Agrigent ist die wichtigste touristische Attraktion. Ansonsten finden sich hier schöne kleine Ort in einer hügligen Landschaft, sowie teilweise fast menschenleere, t.w. kilometerlange Strände (sicherlich auch der Vorsaison geschuldet). Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wenn wir an manchen Morgen durch die Spatzen in der Dachrinne oder dem auf dem Feld mit Traktor & Co. arbeitendem Bauern zu früh geweckt wurden und lieber länger geschlafen hätten.

Hors saison...

Découvrir cette régions du sud de la SICILE avec comme base arrière la villa "NERO BIANCO", ne peut que laisser des souvenirs agréables...A environ 20mn (peut être 30) des plages, de AGRIGENTO et sa "vallée des temples", et de bien plus si on le désire cette location satisfera tous ceux qui recherche le calme,l'espace,le tout au milieu des oliviers, après avoir passé une journée dans la foule des touristes ...(quoique fin octobre nous étions quasiment seul). La piscine ,avec liner noir (c'est chic),doit faire 9.50m sur 4.50m,1.50m de profondeur et peut donc accueillir tous les occupants en même temps.Le "baby foot"(a volonté) nous a permis de passer de bons moments...La terrasse couverte de l'étage (où se trouve tout l'espace de vie) cadre des vues dépaysantes et doit être doublement appréciable par fortes chaleurs.Tout le confort est à disposition et l'accueil de l'équipe en charge de l'entretien est irréprochables. Nous y retournerions les yeux fermés...(C'est une image bien sur,il faut quand même être prudent,surtout au volant.)

Une maison très agréable perdue dans la campagne aride

Malgré une chaleur accablante, supérieure à 40 degrés, et quelques petits désagréments liés à cette canicule, nous avons adoré notre séjour, le calme de la maison, sa propreté, la possibilité de se baigner à tout instant grâce à la piscine et la disponibilité quasi immédiate du propriétaire Yves Laloux prêt à se mettre en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. La seule chose pensez à emporter des bouteilles d'eau lors de votre arrivée. Olivia et Vincent Un seul regret : le temps passe trop vite

Lovely house out on the county side

The pool is excellent, even though you need to clean it yourself regularly, but this is easily done using a cleaning robot. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost anything you might need when cooking. On the subject of cooking, we really enjoyed the tomatoes and basil found in the garden. The garden is taken care of by a neighbor that comes around every second day or so. Don't be surprised if he invites you over to his place and offers you some of his vegetables. He only speaks Italian, but even though we don't speak that we managed to communicate quite well using Google translate. Google translate also helped us a lot when communicating with Carmelina and Salavtore that is the people that made us feel very welcome to the house and also helped out with the trash and other practical things. The only negative thing we can think of is that the supplied internet connection isn't great. It's solved using a mobile router and it wasn't very fast, but usually worked. The house is out in the country side, so it's no surprise that the mobile network isn't working perfectly.

Enchanteur

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison était fantastique avec ses grandes ouvertures sur la nature. Nous avons terriblement apprécié le calme et la beauté du paysage, les petites attentions du jardiner Francesco, l'accueil sympathique et la délicieuse cuisine de Carmelina et Salvatore. Nous gardons en mémoire les parties endiablés de baby foot le soir, les apéros au bord de la piscine. Que du bonheur !!! Il y de magnifiques plages à quelques kilomètres et évidemment à ne pas manquer, la vallée des Temples d'Agrigente et la villa romana del Casale...

Auch wir möchten uns nochmal für die wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Nero Bianco bedanken! Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Auch die Restaurantempfehlungen in der Nähe lohnen sich.Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Absolument parfait !!!

Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Rien ne manque dans cette jolie villa à l'écart du tourisme de masse dans une vallée aussi belle que silencieuse. La piscine est un vrai plaisir quelque soit l'heure de votre baignade. Les personnes se chargeant sur place du bon déroulement de votre séjour sont d'une gentillesse sans fond. Le village tout près est très agréable. Vous reviendrez des souvenirs plein le cœur et dans la bouche ce petit gout de paradis. Je n'oublie pas Fabienne et Yves qui répondront à toutes vos questions, avant pendant et après vos vacances toujours avec le sourire. Absolument parfait !

SUPERBE VILLA A CONSOMMER SANS MODERATION !!!

Il nous fallait un espace agréable pour passer 4 semaines en Sicile accompagnés par nos 4 petits enfants. Eh bien la VILLA NERO BIANCO a parfaitement répondu à nos exigences et même au delà de ce que nous espérions. Tout dans cet espace a été pensé pour le bien être des vacanciers : La maison merveilleusement décorée et parfaitement équipée; l’espace piscine qui nous ouvrait ses bras chaque jour (et nuit parfois !) avec ses transats confortables, le côté ZEN de cet espace ; et puis tous ces agrumes qui entourent la villa et que l'on peut consommer à volonté. Nous avons particulièrement appréciés les salades de tomates fraichement cueillies par les enfants et aussi ce très bon raisin. Bref si nous devions résumé nos vacances en un mot : MERVEILLEUSES car se reposer dans ce havre de paix après avoir affronté tous les jours les routes "catastrophes" (dixit notre petit fils) était un pur bonheur; Et nous n'oublions pas non plus le sourire et la gentillesse de CARMELINA et SALVADORE qui nous ont accompagnés pendant se long séjour. Bravo à YVES et FABIENNE pour l'agencement de cette superbe villa. Alors oui ! si vous aimez la tranquillité la nature et le soleil, n'hésitez pas un seul instant : C'EST A LA VILLA NERO BIANCO QU'il FAUT RESERVER !!!

Eine traumhafte Woche

Eine tolle Woche hatten wir in dieser fabelhaften Villa. Alles top gepflegt, vor Ort Betreuung herzlich, Super Einzellage, Pool herrlich. Die Angaben über die Ferienwohnung waren exakt und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter unproblematisch und freundlich. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

SUPERBE !

Nous revenons de dix jours à Nero-Bianco. Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avons trouvé exactement ce que nous attendions. Une villa très bien équipée, très très propre avec tout le comfort dont on a besoin. Un lave-vaiselle, machine(s) à café, micro-ondes .... Deux chambres à choucher larges, une belle salle de bain avec une vue extraordinaire, ... tout y est. Et ... chaque soir nous regardions le soleil se coucher sur la montagne par la fenêtre derrière ... La vue est extraordinaire. N'oublions pas la piscine parfaitement entretenue ! Et l'assistance de deux personnes merveilleuses Carmelina et Salvatore. Dans les alentours vous ne vous ennouyerez pas .. il y a Scala di Turchi, une plage sans comparaison, la Valle dei Templi, des villes comme Sciacca ... Nous avons regretté devoir retournier hier.... un très grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont fait vraiement TOUT pour assurer que nous ayons un superbe congé...
