Staithes is renowned for its picturesque cottages cascading from the cliff tops down to the historic harbor, with winding tunnels and snickets weaving between them.

Tucked away on Broom Hill, Heart Stone Cottage is accessed via an elevated footpath with views over the village and then stone steps down to the cottage.
Inside, you’ll find a quaint and cosy living room at the front, with a comfortable corner sofa bathed in the warm glow of the wood burner beneath the rustic beamed ceiling. The adjoining kitchen, is well-equipped for preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. Upstairs, the master double bedroom exudes charm with its beautiful beamed ceiling, wood paneling, and a feature fireplace. A second flight of stairs leads to the second bedroom, where low beams and a vaulted ceiling add to its cosy appeal. Car parking is available at the pay-and-display car park at the top of the hill, a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this historic village. Please note that due to the property being accessed only by a footpath and uneven stone steps, as well as there being low beams in the top floor bedroom, which you would need to duck under, plus narrow access into the shower room as well as the top bedroom.
