Overall the apartment was in disrepair and very dirty on arrival. We spent our first day cleaning. Only 2 of 5 stove elements was working. Most overhead fans were missing lights. Bedroom windows were inoperable because of window air conditioners in them. Cutlery and plates were salvaged from a secondhand store. Exterior door frame had large gaps allowing noise and light into the apartment. Owner forgot to pay his internet bill resulting in having to pay an additional 40 for data for 4 days. We would have moved out, but we were in PV at the height of tourist season. Future renters should try to determine whether these problems have been addressed
