Luxury Alexandra Palace Private Guest Suite

Brand new Interior Designed Guest Annexe nestled under the Alexandra Park Woodland and Venue. Extremely private and comfortable and features a grand bespoke 2 poster Super King sized bed, Tempur “Cool technology” Mattress & Grand high ceiling height. Finished off with a bespoke Preciosa Crystal glass chandelier to set the scene! COOL 🆒 Air Fan - 4 speed for the summer nights with remote.

Our guest annexe has its own private patio and we are happy for dogs to visit and share the garden with us (we have a small white fluffy Bichon) so please let us know if you doggie is friendly?!

We are located 100 metres from the park entrance; a 5 minute walk to Alexandra Park Station which has fantastic links. 1 stop to Kings Cross, 1 stop to Finsbury Park for the Victoria Tube Line and numerous trains to Cambridge, Brighton etc.

W3 bus which is at the end of our road (few minutes walk) takes you past the palace with the best views in London and down into the lovely Crouch End Village with its array of shops, cafes, artisan bakers, pubs, restaurants and 2 cinemas.

Great location for a perfect get away weekend, it’s so pretty in the area and quiet and very safe.

Lovely place, great amenities and decor. Rail service 5 Minutes walk for us (over 60), less for younger people. A variety of local shops, eateries, and Alexander Park just next to the rail station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully located near Alexandra Palace and the train station, the accommodation is also just steps away from charming local shops and the fantastic Rosy Moon café—perfect for breakfast. Jan, the host, was warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful. The accommodation matched the listing perfectly and provided the ideal little getaway we were hoping for. 🌟 Fantastic Stay Near Alexandra Palace We had a brilliant stay at Jan’s private studio—modern, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed, including tea, coffee, and fresh milk. The check-in was seamless and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-10 minute walk to the venue, with plenty of shops and food options nearby for late-night bites. Jan was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making sure we felt supported throughout. A lovely studio apartment which had everything you could possibly need. It is eclectically decorated and practical too. The bed was amazing, huge and extremely comfortable. We were unlucky to have some poor weather and Jan our host brought us extra towels to dry the dogs off and washed and dried the ones we brought with us. A top host! The location is excellent, great walks in Ally Pally, the woodland walk and Highgate Woods. Great bakeries and restaurants in Crouch End and easy access into town if you need it. A five star stay.

We are a happy family who very much enjoy welcoming guests to our beautiful home and Guest Annexe. This is brand new and extremely comfortable and quiet. We have over 13 years of hosting experience but recently moved and rebuilt our new home.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the stunning view of endless trees and woodlands of Alexandra Palace Park. Its like being in the countryside but incredibly well positioned for transport straight into Central London. It’s an extremely safe and friendly area.

What makes this property unique

We are 100mm from the gates into the Palace Grounds which is an extremely popular Venue for events during the year. We are the closest Guest Studio to the Venue making it a perfect choice, allowing you to enjoy an event and quickly be home!
