Convenient location, but the space was messy. Lots of random stuff lying around. None of the pots and pans could be used because the teflon was scratched. It's ok for a short term stay of about a week, but anything longer than a week is not feasible.

Wonderful property for the price

Having read previous reviews, we were prepared for a few frustrations. The one big problem was check-in -- I recommend trying to set up a direct line of communication (phone/text) with the host before check-in day.No complaints about the property itself -- secure, roomy, new giant screen tv, well stocked kitchen, etc.There is a heliport nearby but it was not terribly busy during our stay and flights were limited to waking hours.

Good - Well located and connected, cozy and modern apartament with a supermarket nearby. Good views of the Thamesis. Economic price. Bad - Cleaning of the apartament, poor kitchen equipment.

Visiting family and nice and close walking distance to them; dining; park; river; etc Easy to grab an uber if needed Didn’t like that the key entry was tricky with top and bottom locks but once learned ok. Shower door in master bath doesn’t close properly and master closet door broken too; nice to have ac with warm weather; beds comfy; kitchen appeared to have all needed but we didn’t use it; if water from frig-made an high pitch ‘alarm’ noise had to cancel to turn off; didn’t use balcony but looked nice; plenty of space and large tv; could use to not have so much personal property in closets etc but was not in our way..host very responsive if need be

Fabulous London getaway

We had a great weekend here. The appartment was lovely and the location was brilliant.There were a couple of minor issues, 3 of the lights in the bathroom were not working, there was was no bulb in the bedside table lamp. The shower door does not close so you have to put a towel down.Wehad to gigure out how to use the light system and the batteries need changing in both air conditioning remotes.However the apartment is clean quiet and has everything you need. We are planning our next stay here.

Emailed to receive access information, and was told that the listing had been cancelled for the month, and received a refund, but reservation wasn't cancelled. Had to work with VRBO to arrange alternate accommodations.

Cute place in Chelsea with a great location

The apartment location was great. The place itself was a bit run down. There were no lightbulbs in the second bedroom. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. The washer was running when we arrived but we had no information on what to do with it, the dryer didn't appear to work. We would stay again for the location.

Modern flat in great location

Very nice building and apartment. We stayed for a 3 night over a weekend in winter and it was warm inside. Very nice view, quiet neighbourhood, although there are a few restos and a pub near at hand. The overground is the nearest train so not as convenient if you want to just hop on and off of the tube. A transfer to the tube is required to hit most sites. Flat would be nice for 2 couples the beds are comfortable and its very spacious.Some issues: 1. The place needs a bit more maintenance some lights don't work as well as the cooker fan. 2. Could use a bit more instructions for tv and clothes washing machine operation, we ended up skipping the dryer as it didn't work. 3. Needs some additional dishes, particularly mugs. 4. I received all the check-in instructions the morning of check-in which is late usually I get them 48 hours in advance, so when I arrived I didn't have it all set and it took a while to sort it out. We did enjoy our weekend stay

We spent 7 days in this apartment - 2 adults and a teenager. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The living room is very large, sleeping there was not a problem at all. It has 2 bathrooms which was very comfortable. It is very quiet, although it is closed to a railway line you don't hear trains passing by. The consierge is helpful. They let us store our suitcases in the consierge room after having left the apartment at 11 am and we could enjoy the day in London until our evening flight home. The location is good, there is an overground station like 200 meters from the house, underground station is 15 minutes walk or a bus stop in front of the house. There are some restaurants in the estate area and Tesco Express just around the corner. The only disturbing issue is that there are many owner's private belongings like clothes, cosmetics, other accessories in wardrobes and drawers and not enough space is left for guests' stuff.

Review of Apartment in Inperial Wharf

We were unable to check into the apartment at 5pm, despite the check in being 3pm as the keys were not with the concierge as the apartment was still being cleaned. The TV didn’t work and when the owner eventually responded to how to get the TV to work we were advised that it was disconnected as it was barely used. One of the bathrooms smelt strongly of mould/drains and could not be used. Luckily there was another bathroom. The wardrobe doors in the main bedroom did not close so you had to put things in front of them. Shame these problems could not be resolved as the apartment could be a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely awful experience. The check in process was extremely difficult. We had no instructions about exactly where the flat was located. Once we entered, we found that it appeared we were sharing rather than renting. Cupboards full of clothes, drawers full of possessions and the medicine cabinet was jammed full of products etc. However, there was no sheet on the bed, nor toilet paper and various light bulbs appeared not to be working. There was a used mask left on a duster in the bedroom. We checked out immediately. The owner had the nerve to charge us for 2 nights, although we never spent the night there. This included one whole night for a "cleaning fee"! (About 6x the cleaning fee on our contract with VRBO) I do not think that the owner understands the VRBO concept.

We loved this stay. The apartment is spacious and in walking distance of Fulham High Street and the overland train. We had lovely walks along the river and also took the Uber boat into the center of London - such a treat. The location really made it so enjoyable.

I loved the apartment. It was convenient it was very nice. However, when we parked in the parking structure, it costs us a 128, that no one told us about ahead of time. All things considered, I would definitely come back.

Wir waren etwas überrascht, das die Unterkunft scheinbar eine normal genutzte Wohnung ist. Die Möglichkeiten etwas unter zu bringen waren daher sehr begrenzt. Im gesamten war die Wohnung an vielen Stellen etwas Pflegebedürftig. Die Küche z.B. ist toll, aber das Kochgeschirr war nicht für die Nutzung geeignet. Die Lage ist gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich um die Ecke.

Lovely spacious, modern apartment. Kitchen has lots of equipment, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of clean fresh towels and linen and whole apartment was spotlessly clean. We had an amazing stay for two nights and loved the views from the balcony and surrounding area right on the river.Minutes walk from Imperial Warf station, with a good choice of restaurants all within a five-minute walk, and a supermarket around the corner. Everything was at our convenience.
