Ti siamo grati per aver avuto pazienza durante il check in, ci hai aiutato a migliorare il nuovo sistema di che abbiamo da poco installato. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati felici di vedervi all'opera in cucina a farvi un bel ragu' all'italiana. Grazie per la gentilezza che avete avuto durante le nostra comunicazioni
