Regarding noise, the apartment is beachfront and in a central area of ​​Fuengirola. During August, there may be some noise due to seasonal activity. This is related to the location and not the apartment itself. Furthermore, unlike many beachfront buildings, ours does not have bars or restaurants on the ground floor, so the noise mainly comes from pedestrian and vehicular traffic. As for the pool, we are aware that it has some minor damage. Its renovation was planned before this season, but the community decided to postpone it until winter to avoid interfering with its use during the summer. The aim is to have it renovated for next season. Sun loungers and chairs are not part of the permanent pool amenities. However, we provide two pool chairs upon request. During your stay, one of the terrace armchairs was used in the pool area without permission. Had you asked, we would have provided two chairs. Finally, we regret that your experience was not satisfactory, also due to the electric scooter issue. As we informed you at the time of booking, for safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring it inside or charge it inside the apartment.
