Detached house at the Stagnone with panoramic terrace.
Just 100 metres from the Stagnone kitesurfing spot – right in front of our Le Vie del Vento school – this detached house is designed for those who want to enjoy the wind, the sea and freedom without sacrificing comfort.
Spacious and private spaces on three levels:
Ground floor: entrance from a private courtyard with a large sliding door, large living room with equipped kitchenette, sitting room, bathroom and storage room.
First floor: two bedrooms (one double, one with a double sofa bed), bathroom and private terrace.
Second floor: panoramic terrace with gazebo, barbecue, sofas, sun loungers and outdoor dining table.

Extras available:
Guests can access the Santa Maria Resort swimming pool (right in front of the house) for a daily fee. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or for a break between kite sessions.
