Welcome to your elegant London base in the heart of NW1. Located on the third floor of a secure block with lift access, this beautifully styled three-bedroom flat offers the perfect combination of comfort, space, and location. Whether you're in town for business, culture, or pure leisure, this is a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the city at your own pace.
The spacious living room has a warm, family-friendly feel with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV complete with Amazon Fire Stick. Guests can log into Netflix, BBC iPlayer, and other streaming services for a cosy night in after a busy day out.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area makes it easy to prepare anything from light snacks to full dinners. You’ll find all the essentials, including a toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware—perfect for guests who enjoy home cooking or sharing meals together.
Each of the three double bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with contemporary interiors, soft lighting, and quality bedding. Ample storage is available in all rooms, and fans are provided for the warmer months. A sleek bathroom with a calm grey palette and a separate WC provide added comfort and privacy for groups or families.
For longer stays or business trips, a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board are included to keep you feeling fresh and ready for anything, whether it’s a stroll in Regent’s Park or a meeting in the West End.
The location couldn’t be better. You’re just a short walk from Regent’s Park, Oxford Street, Soho, Marylebone, and the iconic Wallace Collection Museum. Madame Tussauds and Great Portland Street Station are also nearby, giving you fast access to all corners of London.
We also provide complimentary tea and coffee, miniature travel-sized shampoo, shower gel, and soap, along with a starter pack of essentials including washing-up liquid, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. For anything extra, there are convenience stores just a few minutes away on Robert Street and Albany Street.

You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.
The essential, but less exciting parts!:
Check-in/ check-out:
- Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours, please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.
Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will delay my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.
A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Parking:
There is no parking space with the property. There are many cost-efficient ways to find a parking space online or with apps:
- RingGo for pay-as-you-go on-street parking
With the two suggested below, residents in the neighbourhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks

- Just Park
PLEASE NOTE: If hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in the charges; therefore, it must also be purchased in addition to the use of the car.
Family facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. The cost is £40 for the rental, drop-off, and pick-up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided, so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair, the cost will be £45 in total.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission, and parties and loud music are not allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.
Property Management Services:
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
