Villa Santa Rosa is a spacious and welcoming property, perfect for family holidays, group stays, retreats, or unforgettable moments with loved ones. Accommodating up to 36 guests, it offers comfort, privacy, and all the amenities needed for a memorable stay in the Algarve.

Spread across the ground floor, first floor, and lower level, the villa features 7 bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including double beds, bunk beds, and sofa beds – ideal for large families and groups. The bright and airy living room is furnished with multiple sofas, perfect for relaxing and socialising.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private spa area with two jacuzzis, a sauna, and an ice bath – the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. A heated pool is also available (upon request and at an additional cost). The villa offers a snooker table, ping pong table, and barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals and group entertainment. The outdoor space also includes sunbathing areas in a peaceful and private setting.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 24 people.
From the 25th to the 36th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
