The grounds are the stand out feature of the place. Altho comfortable, the unit we stayed in had much delayed maintenance. Needs a paint job badly. Grout repair in several places. There's a one inch caulk line behind the sink that looks terrible and is not hygienic. Our housekeeper was top notch.
