The property is so tiny, suits for 2 people. The street is very dirty and smell bad. The neighbour has a cats and turtle, so you can smell all their live. The window in the kitchen connects with another property, so you can expect the light switch on at 2 am night. The beach is nearby, but very dirty, and the way to the beach is tricky - you need go carefully to avoid dogs poo.Sara if friendly, and try her best. But she can't speak English, and communication was very difficult. The property is clean. I requested a white lining, and Sara kindly did it.She asked me about tax, we stayed 5 nights, and told that only adults would pay, child is free. But when we check out, she changed three of us.If you will have a car, you can travel to Cagliari and other beach, not far. I would not stay again.

Dear Mrs. Maria, I am truly sorry that your experience at my property did not meet your expectations. As stated in the listing, my holiday home is small but cozy, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The road to the beach is a regular paved road, with a short unpaved stretch at the end, as is common for many beaches in Sardinia. As for the algae and Posidonia leaves, please note that these are natural and protected elements, a sign of clean and healthy water, which cannot be removed artificially. I am sorry if you encountered any litter along the road, but unfortunately it is not possible to control the behavior of others. Regarding the tourist tax, I confirm that regulations require payment for guests aged 12 and above, so the requested contribution is correct. Finally, I would like to emphasize that my holiday home is often chosen for its strategic location: Cagliari can be reached in just 15 minutes, and within 40 minutes you can visit many of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches. Hallo die Wohnung ist klein aber ideal für zwei Personen. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Ein kleiner Raum hinter dem Bad ist auch noch vorhanden. Es hat nichts gefehlt nur ein Kleiderschrank wäre super aber dafür ist leider kein Platz. Der Garten ist schnucklig und ein gemauerter Grill ist vorhanden. Ja es gibt Katzen aber die sind nicht störend. Es bellten auch mal ein pasr Hunde. Der Weg zum Strand ist einfach, raus aus dem Garten rechts und dann geradeaus wieder rechts und links und schon steht man auf eindm tollen Sandstrand. Es war im Oktober nicht viel los am Strand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch behmüht das alles passt. Ja Kommunikation war schwer Sue nur italienisch und wir deutsch und englisch. Mit Übersetzungen online war auch das machbar. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit einem Supermarkt in der Nähe und einer guten Pizzeria. Wir fanden es toll und können es empfehlen.
