Villa with garden, in a private village, surrounded by greenery with guard-house 24 hours a day, ideal for families with children, very quiet, two swimming pools, one of which is for children, tennis court, soccer field, children's play area .
The villa is located 13 km from the city of Cagliari and a few km from the most beautiful beaches of the south coast.
A few hundred meters from the sea, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants ...
The house has a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a traditional oven and a microwave, a coffee machine, a food processor and a fryer.

Veranda furnished to enjoy fantastic outdoor dining overlooking the garden, with the use of the barbecue and the second fridge of the house

Bonnes vacances dans un endroit paisible

Bel endroit un peu défraichi. En effet la location est très agréable et climatisé. Il y a une très belle piscine calme et agréable cependant les terrains de sport sont très vieux et quasiment inutilisables. On est proche de la mer 15 minutes à pieds de la plage.

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la mer. Piscine, pataugeoire et balançoire dans le résidence. Logement très bien équipé. Je recommande vivement.

Dejligt område. Meget Italiensk. Pool var med saltvand, pumpet op fra havet, men blev ca. skiftet hver 2. Dag. Der er ingen wifi i huset og meget dårlig net forbindelse, så man skal have en del tålmodighed, hvis man skal bruge internet. Sengene var meget hårde, en top madras ville gøre underværker, så man ikke lå på fjedre. Elektriciteten i huset er meget ringe, man skal tænke sig om, hvad der kører på samme tid. Fine indkøbs muligheder i nærheden. Vil dog ikke anbefale at spise på nærtliggende restaurant - Bella Vista (ved spar indkøb) vi ventede 1,5 time på mad og maden var ikke det bedste..
