Large property accommodates atleast 30 people and a few more Well kept grounds and outdoor pool and tennis courtsX2 ground floor rooms to hang out inGround floor toilet - light isn’t working Indoor pool needs updating However it’s very dated in parts Kitchen is very new has an electric cooker- looks great but very temperamental to useOnly a few first floor bathrooms have showers The rest all have baths - impractical with Luke warm waterCarpeted rooms and bathrooms so it’s stained and dirty Floor massively creakMost rooms are Basic in furnishing only some on the first floor are newKitchen is large modern and lots of fridges freezers and new equipment and crockery with quooker and coffee machine- so bring beansMixture of old fashioned and new Outdoor areas of seating Bbq is usableWould we go again - yes if the bathrooms are done up as showers are more practical than filling up several baths as the hot water got finished Electric cooker needs to be reviewedOverall we good stay
