Three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. Outside is roadside parking, a rear decked seating area with a tiered, terrace garden, and a second elevated decked area with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Old Post Office is a wonderful retreat in a scenic part of Wales. Note: Garden is accessed from the bedroom or up steep steps from the rear, and has various levels. The slate mines now hold the prestigious status of a world heritage site, awarded by UNESCO and visitors can take enthralling underground trips there to see mining as it was done in days gone by. The famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway also runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Nearby is Portmeirion village, famous for its architecture and the film set of the cult TV series The Prisoner, plus local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
